When I take one of these in place of regular coffee, I feel about as awake as I would have with the coffee. Beyond that, not much to notice. (I like regular coffee and it doesn't make me jittery.)

I have tried a few different racetams and had quite disappointing results. They're quite inconsistent, one day they may work the next they don't. Or you have to take them for 3-4 weeks before you notice any effects. So I was very happy when I tried these caffeine & l-theanine capsules. They work great...every time! They give me a nice boost in focus and motivation but with the calming effects of the l-theanine. I don't get the anxiety or edgy feeling as I would when drinking coffee. Its a nice relaxed buzz. I am really happy with the pills i bought. They keep me very focussed at work. Also when I come home i'm much more productive and less lazy. I can read my books in the evening without getting distracted by tv or my smartphone all the time.
I ordered a bunch of boxes of 180 pills to reduce the shippingcosts to Belgium. The only thing is that i can't find an expiration date on the containers. Do they expire or at one point become less effective by time?
**ND Admin- Both caffeine and L-theanine are very stable. As long as they are stored properly away from moisture and sunlight, they should be potent for many years. If you do your research, you'll find that Caffeine and Theanine are extremely synergisitic which is why they're included in products like these.
However, most products I've tried under-dose the Theanine (for cost reasons). 200mg Theanine for every 100mg Caffeine is the ideal ratio according to most of the research.
My caffeine tolerance is very high so i take like four at a time but the Theanine really balances out the negative sides of caffeine.
