However, most products I've tried under-dose the Theanine (for cost reasons). 200mg Theanine for every 100mg Caffeine is the ideal ratio according to most of the research.
My caffeine tolerance is very high so i take like four at a time but the Theanine really balances out the negative sides of caffeine.

The delivery was quite swift considering where I'm from (+ well worth the express's price). The package was good. I took this with phenibut. The caffeine cuts down the time for the phenibut to take effect. Taking this solely, I'm not quite sure if I see the results. But the whole day I wasn't sleepy or drowsy. What was I doing paying $20 for 60 capsules from Natural Stacks? Nootropics Depot has the same shit for $8! It works just as well, the customer support here is great, and the branding even looks better. I though it might be just this product, but all their products are cheaper than other places.
