Everyone is different, but for me this product works nicely. I take one 600 mg capsule 2 or 3 timer per day spaced out. It reduces my stress. It also seems to give me a small amount of energy which is interesting. I hope they don’t get rid of the 600 mg capsules. They’re lovely.

Always had trouble getting to and stay asleep. This lemonbalm extract has worked wonders for me! Helps me get to sleep fast.

This is very good for sleep. U have used generic lemon balm root capsules from another vendor. This is far and away better for sleep. I mix it with Valarian capsules half an hour before bed and fall asleep fast and stay asleep. I also use 10mg melatonin and 400mg theanine Good cocktail for sleep. This lemon balm makes a difference

This is my favorite lemon balm extract. I have used it in both capsules and powder. I prefer capsule for ease, but the powder doesn't taste bad. I use that in smoothies at times.
After trying Nootropics Depot's Lemon Balm extract with moderate results of improving sleep quality and synergising with other GABAergic substances I thought I would try this extract with the hope of similar or better results. Unfortunately it was the complete opposite. Taking 1 capsule of this extract before bed resulted in a restless sleep with frequent awakings and decreased sleep quality. Another review also mentions this in that is decreased their deep sleep. Taking 1 capsule during the day resulted in extreme brain fog and the inability to think. It may be my personal brain chemistry but it's night and day between the two Lemon Balm extracts. I've had to throw this one out as it produced all negative effects for me. ND Admin: Cyracos does seem to have this interesting effect where you get stimulated at higher doses. We are considering lowering the dose on these. Perhaps the 600mg is too much for the average person, and 300mg would be more appropriate. At least you reacted well to our lemon balm.
I started taking one of these each morning as soon as they arrived just over 2 weeks ago. Shortly after taking my first capsule I felt a very noticeable lift in my mood. This long overdue improvement in outlook and elevation in mood seems to be the norm now. I'm 45 years old and wish I'd known about Lemon Balm a long time ago. This is the product I will be re-ordering indefinitely.

This may be down to my personal chemistry, but while this works great as a relaxant, if I take it right before bed it seems to lower my deep sleep noticeably. Tried multiple times and tested via both perceptual sleep quality and fitbit measuring of deep sleep on days when lemon balm taken vs not taken. Again, may be just down to my personal chemistry, but fyi. Great quality from ND as always.
I use this alongside melatonin on nights where it’s difficult to sleep. I definitely feel it’s effects Can attest to its stress support properties as well.
