    Subtle but highly effective

I found that this supplement helps with depressive moods, but it's hard to tell when it's effective because instead of profound relief or accompanying side effects, it just relieves the low mood gradually but fairly quickly (hours instead of months). It also seems to help with anxiousness.

I've also used it to prevent a few of my mother's seizures when she feels them coming on. We used to just prepare for the oncoming seizure, but this gives us a tool to actually prevent them. It also allows her to enjoy coffee again without worrying about a seizure or the shakes.

Just now getting the groove of this, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it

I've had this for a little while. When I first started taking it, I started with the 125mg dose, 1x/day. Figured it was pretty innocuous, no problem jumping in at the full dose. I couldn't have been more wrong. Way too high of a dose for me.

Maybe because I've been using TAU daily for about two months, but I was VERY sensitive to this stuff. First few days at 125mg, I got anxious shortly after taking it, which then turned into nausea, and later in the day, just tired and felt shot.

I quit using it for a while, and after I had my daily happy stack figured out and working, I tried adding this back to it. 25mg at first 1x/day. A little bit anxious for about an hour, just slight nausea. Decreased the dose to 15mg/day (in the am still) and BINGO!

Not sure why I'm so senstiive to it and can only tolerate such a low dose, but this stuff is incredible, and needs way more love than it gets. I'm only on my 4th day at the 15mg dose (1x/day in the am), but this has really kicked up my stack a notch. Currently, my daily stack is (all taken together in the am):

    TAU 12.5mg
    Emoxypine 15mg
    Fish Oil (triple conc)
    Active B-complex
    Thorne Pic-Mins

Then I may or may not add a racetam on the weekdays. On the weekends, I skip the racetams, and use phenibut or adrafinil instead.

This stuff has kicked everything up to a new level. Not just my daily 'happy stack', but when adding a racetam, it's like I'm taking them for the first time again. Had an extremely good phenylpiracetam day yesterday, with just adding 20mg phenylpiracetam sublingually to my simple 'happy stack' listed above.

Very interested to see how this continues to go since I'm only a few days in. I'm hoping this is something I can add to my daily happy stack. Trying to find a daily stack I can sustain on a long term basis and not have to cycle. Hoping this can be part of it.

Not sure how it works, but it seems to have an additive effect to everything, Seems to renew my reaction to racetams, sensitivity to caffeine, etc. The last few days, I've pretty much just found myself smiling for no reason at all. I have to attribute it to this.

I know some folks here say they don't get anything from this. I'm glad I'm one of the folks that responds positively to it (so far). I wanted to review here, just to warn that if you are somebody that responds to it, 125mg dose may be too high. Start low and work up from there. Very impressed with this so far. Thanks to ND for making this available.

I picked up two more of the 30gm tubs to store in the freezer in case it's not stocked in the future. This stuff is definitely worth trying in my opinion. I know longer drink alcohol, so I can't comment on combining it with alcohol, or it's anti-hangover effects.

    Neck and traps relax

It helps me to relax my neck and traps. I take 100-150 mg three times on workdays.
