This is a must-have if you take caffeine! I use a lot of caffeine at work and this mitigates all the jitters and restlessness when I'm at my desk. I also take some before I workout to keep me focused and calm. I have mild stress and this is great when in public/ talking to people!

Great quality and use it religiously with my coffee. It taste like the Theanine I've purchased from other brands & has the same slightly clumpy consistency. Again, wish it came with a measured scooper but I have plenty on hand.

I find that 200 mg of this with 100 mg of caffeine is way better than any energy drink I've ever had, but Without the jittery buzz. bad night sleep this will have me feeling great and work ready for 4-6 hours, with caffeine of course.
