Aniracetam is a nootropic compound in the Racetam class of compounds, which share a pyrrolidone structure. The parent or prototype compound of this class is called Piracetam, and was first synthesized in 1964. Aniracetam is said to be more potent than Piracetam and also offers additional benefits discussed below. While it is a fat-soluble molecule, it doesn’t need to be taken with fats to be absorbed quickly and efficiently in the GI tract after being broken down in the liver. In fact, ingesting too much fat with Aniracetam can actually decrease absorption. Aniracetam has even been shown to absorb effectively in a fasted state.
While human clinical studies on healthy adult humans are lacking, Aniracetam has been studied extensively in animals with positive results.
● Mood Support*: Aniracetam modulates important receptors in the brain, and is thought to potentially provide mood boosting effects through cholinergic, dopaminergic, and serotonergic interactions. Studies on rats showed Aniracetam to improve stress in older rats.
● Enhance cognition*: Animal studies suggest that Aniracetam may benefit memory formation, improve judgment, and reduce impulsiveness. Aniracetam is an ampakine, and is actually the parent compound from which the ampakine class is derived. Ampakines get their name from their interaction with the brain’s AMPA receptors. Aniracetam positively modulates AMPA receptors in the brain by reducing desensitization. Ampakines are being studied for their potential benefits to overall brain health.
● Increase collective thinking and creativity*: Anecdotally, people may experience what is referred to as collective or holistic thinking, a kind of mental clarity that allows one to put the “puzzle pieces” of life together and gain perspective. With potential improved cognitive function, one can see and evaluate the world around them with greater awareness. This potential access to mental clarity can also enhance creativity, alleviating mental blockages that have hindered this area.
Current and continuing research suggests that possible include improving cognitive function. It also points to potential in otherwise healthy people. Additionally, in studies on rats the compound was found to improve cognitive deficits.

This product gave me an overall steady increase in energy, concentration and better mood. It seems to work best if you take a day off every few days or so. Unknown on 1st Feb 2018
You guys have good quality and quick service.
But the 2018 game we play is:
'you raised the price 20% and so now I
will begin buying my Aniracetam somewhere else..."
ND Admin: We wrote you a long email regarding this. However, the gist of it is that the price for bulk aniracetam doubled from the manufacturers, and we were forced to raise prices a bit. However, we did not double prices. So we slashed our margins to make it work. This is going to hit all vendors soon, and we anticipate many will go out of stock completely. As soon as we can lower prices again, we absolutely will. Unknown on 21st Jan 2018
Of the racetams I've tested (Piracetam, PhenylPiracetam, Oxiracetam), Aniracetam is my go to. This compound gives the same brain boost one can expect from a racetam, with the added benefit of noticeable anxiolytic effects. I find Aniracetam to be a reliable nootropic, providing a boost in cognition and mental acuity. thedreadeternal on 14th Jan 2018
Aniracetam is a very well known compound here in Europe. We have this drug sold in many drug store and Pharmacies under Medical prescription. I'd like to point it out that aniracetam won't turn you into a genius or a scientist at all. It will bring you in a certain upper level of attention and ability of focusing... You should also beware of the kind of person you are.. If you are the kind of person who is already outgoing with strong personality I would not suggest you this nootropic. I believe that aniracetam is recommended for the ones who have lack of enthusiasm or suffer from anxiety with problems to concentrate when under pressure. You should also consider that we are talking about healthy people.. So with no apparent illness. This could deeply vary if we talk about degenerative encephalopathy or post-stroke syndrome. I also believe that anyone who thinks about noo for the first time should find his own dosage.. and above all should consider to take beside a source of Coline. Do not forget to make a stop sometimes, just because the brain gets quickly used to the enhanced amount of neurotransmitters and the consequent up regulation of neuroreceptors. Alex on 1st Jan 2018
The positive reslts are great. I have experienced extreme clarity. Ease of concentration and ability to focus for extended periods of time.
There has been an increased willingness to get after work or items that need to be completed instead of procrastination. Additionally, I have quite simply enjoy a more positive outlook on a daily basis.
If I could say anything contrary it would be that the effects are no more than a few hours after ingesting. That however is not enough for me to not purchase. The benefits outweigh the limited time frame of effect. Jay W on 25th Dec 2017
delivery was professional and expedited but product whilst claiming to be superior to paracetam for me does not give me any experience of cognitive improvement . Unknown on 24th Dec 2017
1 750mg improves focus but only a bit more than normal Rob Lewis on 20th Dec 2017
This is my go to racetam for my slightly lighter days where I still need a mild kick and the ability to focus for a few hours at a time. My heavier work days I take Phenylpiracetam, but you really can't take that more than once or twice a week at most or you build a tolerance pretty quickly. Aniracetam is different in that the tolerance takes much longer to build up and the effects are short term (2-4 hours vs. all day on Phenylpiracetam or Oxiracetam). That makes this a great choice for heavy mornings with lighter afternoons or vice versa. I get the occasional headache with this but a single Alpha GPC pill takes care of that (I keep one on hand anytime I take a racetam). Still, all thing considered this is a great tool to keep in your arsenal of nootropics. Bill on 11th Dec 2017
I’ve been taking Nootropics Compounds/Racetams for about 10 months and I definitely must say that Aniracetam is my favorite one for sure, that being said I do feel that all Nootropics should be stacked with other compounds. I take 5 different compounds daily in the morning for desired level effect. We’ all function differently, but all the receptors in the brain/body deserve to all be active rather than just a singlular amount. Nootropics Depot is definitely a company I love working with, but would love to work for as well. The age of neuroscience is on its way! Brian on 6th Dec 2017
