Bacopa Monnieri provides all-natural compounds that have been used for thousands of years to improve cognition and manage certain physical ailments. In fact, the herb was initially written about in Ayurvedic texts in the 6th century A.D.

It's definitely bacopa. My only complaint is the awful taste and the lack of measurement details on the label. 1/4 teaspoon appears to be the proper dosage. Nate on 23rd Oct 2016
I have taking this for 3 weeks now and have noticed that I'm so much more calm in general and my memory and thinking ability have improved too. The only thing is that it can make me sleepy a few hours after I take a dose. Unknown on 21st Aug 2016
i first tried bacopa in alpha brain and through process of elimination found that the thing i liked about that blend was the bacopa. I think this bacopa is just as good as the alpha brain. this is just my experience. In my experience bacopa alone does nothing, but when combined with choline sources and other nootropics its very effective.
only complaint is that the powder is sticky and sometimes it can be difficult to not not break less than 10% of the capsels when joining them. Its still worth it to use the machine when making them. It actually works out nicely in a way. your supposed to take a 30 day break every 90 days, so getting 90 out of 100 caps is all you need. Unknown on 17th Jul 2016
I know it may be too early to report all the effects of this supplement being that I just started today but I would like to mention the effects from the first dose. The main thing I noticed after taking one capsule at 300 mg is the relaxing effect it had on me. After about 30 or 40 minutes I noticed a feeling similar to Valerian but not as sedating. The relaxation was probably closer to the feel of taking a benzo type medication. Maybe not quite as strong but very similar. I wouldn't say so relaxing that I wouldn't be able to concentrate on anything though. I struggle with general anxiety so this is one of the reasons I got this supplement in addition the nootropic benefits. I will continue to take this everyday for the next 3 months and report back the nootropic effects if any this has on me. Nate on 4th May 2016
I have taken that bacopa for two weeks now. I can report a high sense of clarity and a better memory. I also fell an ansiolitic effect.
The package was perfect, and that's remarcable since I don't live in the US.
An excellent product!
Thanks Nootropicdepot! Unknown on 5th Apr 2016
Over the last 2-3 years I've tried several nootropics (both individually and in combination) on a fairly systematic basis, reading research, etc. Of course, some are great, some are so-so, and some turn out to be much more "hype" or perhaps more theoretical benefit than is actually reflected in practice...
For me, this has turned out to be one of the great ones. I've incorporated 500mg/day into a Nootropic Cocktail I enjoy first thing every morning (other ingredients include Alpha-GPC, N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, Green Tea Extract and Creatine Monohydrate), and while it may well be the complete combination yielding the benefits, I'd taken the combination without the Bacopa Monnieri for a long time, and it appears to have been the proverbial missing link...
I can definitely report increased focus and mental energy, motivation, memory, positivity, and basically any of the benefits typically associated with nootropic products.
Highly Recommended! Unknown on 2nd Mar 2016
Serious scientific evidence supports the Nootropic efficacy and safety of Bacopa Monneri - and Bacognize is considered amongst the best standardized Bacopa extracts.
Having purchased several batches of Bacopa from ND, I have always found the product to be excellent - consistent in its effects and without any concerns over quality.
Aside from the product itself: I give extra kudos to Nootropics Depot for contaminant/purity testing the substances they sell. Safety requirements are notoriously "overlooked" by many businesses selling nootropics. Unknown on 16th Oct 2015
I used it for months and it never clumped. The package was nice; just what you need.
For the bacoppa itself, I actually noticed my (already good) memory improved. Unknown on 15th Jul 2015
My only other complaint is of gas/general GI distress.
- product improves memory retrieval, cognition/mental navigation, meta-cognition, emotional temperament, etc. etc.
- product is dense, course, and easy to handle. I have only tried Smartpowder's powder and Nutrigold's capsules (btw both were more inactive/disappointing, ~20% bacosides). Smartpowder's product was very fluffy and finely ground, hard to pour or weigh
- product, like others, becomes resinous when rubbed and smells familiar
- product is competitively priced
I am looking forward to seeing first class/library mail function,

Smells like other products, perhaps a little weaker. Have been using bacomind and synapsa, learned bacognize is cheaper, higher potency: uncompromisingly superior. 7¢per 135mg bacosides
Low doses (300mg) give a clarity of mind, weaker but more general than green tea's.
High doses (1500mg) cause dry mouth, slow heart rate, muscle ache, nausea, constipation, gas, and sedation but paradoxically increased sleep latency. SenchaJunkie on 18th Feb 2015
