Aniracetam is an AMPAkine nootropic compound in the racetam family. It may have mood boosting properties anxiolytic and support cognitive functions. It selectively modulates the AMPA receptor and its mood boosting properties might be mediated through the D2, nACh, or 5-HT2A receptors. While it is fat soluble, it is rapidly and completely absorbed in the GI tract. It does NOT need to be taken with fats to absorb. In fact, fats may lessen absorption through the GI tract.
Noopept (GVS-111) is a modified nootropic compound. It is made up of proline, glycine and a phenylacetyl group. It is not a racetam but shares a similar structure. It may possess neuroprotective properties.
Oxiracetam is a nootropic compound in the racetam family and may have mild stimulating properties. Research shows oxiracetam may improve learning performance by increasing membrane-bound protein kinase C (PKC). When compared to control mice, oxiracetam-treated DBA mice demonstrated a significant increase in spatial learning performance as determined by the Morris task. This increase in performance was correlated to an increase in membrane-bound PKC.
Piracetam is a nootropic in the racetam family based around a 2-oxo-pyrrolidone base structure. It was the first nootropic discovered by Dr. Corneliu E. Giurgea in 1964. It is based on GABA and is a positive allosteric modulator of the AMPA and NMDA receptors. Piracetam may improve the function of acetylcholine as well as increasing bloodflow to the brain and membrane fluidity.

Having been tutoured by friend of potential gains available from new to me & new to my country in last few years (banned previously) of whole new world of nootropics & racetams, he had lived/worked in States where I know common place for 10-20yrs, I understood a lot of bio & theory of it, zero experience.
It seemed prudent to buy sample pack & get exposure, personal experience, w/ at least 4 nootropics.
I knew to try Piracetam 1st Welcome!, Wow, ok I understand by feeling what I had been reading about. I knew proper benifits come w/ ongoing use & these were "tasters",
I found Aniracetam perhaps too subtle to appreciate it's full extent in time i had on it
Oxiracetam:Hello You! Great strait away, made impression
Noopept: I knew isn't racetam but for effect, different than others, of course, but "Yes, I like this"
At 1 cap/day it's 2wks of each & I think it's not enough dose over time to appreciate what Aniracetam does for 1,
The 1st capsule sorta but 1st 3 days of Oxiracetam was enough to know I wanted to be taking it regularly & really enjoyed being on ball, sharp, & having been target of 8 hit attempts all 2nd guessing reserve that result of people trying to kill you for testifying were gone & more like my old self, & friend observed" without serapax or xanax too"; always a plus
Starting w/ Piracetam was sensible as, yes, It's effect on one's memory, recall, "sharpness" impressed off the bat, the teason I started but had I taking it after Oxiracetam my response woulda been "Meh"
& noopept was like a general pick me up that impressed enough I immediately bought bottle while worked out which racetam to do what w/ 1st Fest on 10th Mar 2018
First day, noticed significant mental energy level rise, nothing flashy but noticeable. 2nd and third day, not as much but still existent. After that increased dosage some. Still having effects, slight mood enhancement, mostly from the aniracetam (maybe because they were the first bottle I tried.) Experienced some overnight headache once or twice, but may have been due in part due to other sinus related issues. No problems since. Am continuing with Aniracetam alone.
I would like to make one observation of a general nature. I do not believe these little wonders "increase focus," rather that they provide a mental boost that properly directed can lead to better focus. As a better example, in my own case I have recently begun intermittent fasting which works tremendously for metabolism and leptin resistance. Upon starting Aniracetam, noticed that while at times during the day when I feel hungry, the Aniracetam provides me enough energy to forego snacking, i.e. to make better choices not driven by hormones such as ghrelin. Point being, if one has a propensity to certain behaviors that propensity must be addressed individually in some cognitive realignment sense. Nonetheless, I do believe that these products can give one an edge in overcoming the biological factors thereto.
I like them. They have a nice beat and they are easy to dance to (old joke). I will recommend them, but only to my closest friends. Keepin it on the DL ya understand. Khan Noonien Singh on 8th Feb 2018
I love these sample packs. It's excellent to be able to try different kinds of nootropics without having to make a big financial commitment to one before you know if it will work for you. There are enough capsules in this pack to pretty much get an idea of which one responds best with you. Laura on 5th Feb 2018
As always, service is top notch. Ive long been a fan of the high quality nootropics Ive bought here. No complaints whatsoever Ryan Warneke on 4th Feb 2018
This is a great way to sample which nootropic works best for you! I enjoyed all of them but oxiracetam seemed to be the best. Noopept was good but very stimulating, not to be taken lightly!
Great products though, and timely delivery. Will order again! Ry on 3rd Feb 2018
This sample pack gave me the proper means to begin finding out which nootropics work for me. I thought for sure aniracetam was going to become my go-to, but noopept was actually a much better fit for me. After trying each racetam individually over the course of several weeks, I began to combine them, and found the combo I still use whenever it's crunch time at school or work: oxiracetam+noopept which gives me intense focus and mental output. These 4 basic racetams are a good, safe place for new users to start. I didn't have an adverse reaction to any of them, there were just some that were better than others for me personally. I encourage anybody curious about using nootropics for cognitive enhancement to buy this. It's worth the money, and you get a sufficient supply to last you several weeks if you don't megadose. I've used noopet, and an aniracetam /piracetam choline combonation before.
Trying the individual products themselves is a perfect way to assess your tolerance.
For me the oxiracetam is the best, its clean, clarity and no crash.
but with all use of racetam family products, taking a bit of choline will go a long way in to preventing headaches and overexertion/stimulation.
I would defiantly recommend the sample pack to someone just looking to try a nootropic. Unknown on 2nd Dec 2017
I tried aniracetam and noopet for 3 days and by the third day I was completely spaced out. Emotions were muted, not interested in talking to people, and extreme difficulty concentrating.
I might be the exception but this stuff was the 100% complete opposite on me from what I expected.
I stopped taking it and 1 day later I felt 1 million times better. I was myself again, day 2 after not taking it, I was stellar.
I was looking to help focus and spark creativity, this just was a bad experience. Never taking this sort of thing again.
ND Admin: This can happen if you don't take choline with them. Also, some people react well to the stimulating racetams, like oxiracetam and piracetam, but not the calming ones like aniracetam. This is why we have the sample pack for people to test out what works best for them. Ideally you would take one at a time, then judge how you react. Then you can figure out which ones your brain chemistry matches with. I'd still suggest trying the oxiracetam and piracetam. They are very different than the other two. Unknown on 30th Nov 2017
I preferred the Aniracetam. This was a cost efficient way to see what worked for me!
