Aniracetam is an AMPAkine nootropic compound in the racetam family. It may have mood boosting properties anxiolytic and support cognitive functions. It selectively modulates the AMPA receptor and its mood boosting properties might be mediated through the D2, nACh, or 5-HT2A receptors. While it is fat soluble, it is rapidly and completely absorbed in the GI tract. It does NOT need to be taken with fats to absorb. In fact, fats may lessen absorption through the GI tract.
Noopept (GVS-111) is a modified nootropic compound. It is made up of proline, glycine and a phenylacetyl group. It is not a racetam but shares a similar structure. It may possess neuroprotective properties.
Oxiracetam is a nootropic compound in the racetam family and may have mild stimulating properties. Research shows oxiracetam may improve learning performance by increasing membrane-bound protein kinase C (PKC). When compared to control mice, oxiracetam-treated DBA mice demonstrated a significant increase in spatial learning performance as determined by the Morris task. This increase in performance was correlated to an increase in membrane-bound PKC.
Piracetam is a nootropic in the racetam family based around a 2-oxo-pyrrolidone base structure. It was the first nootropic discovered by Dr. Corneliu E. Giurgea in 1964. It is based on GABA and is a positive allosteric modulator of the AMPA and NMDA receptors. Piracetam may improve the function of acetylcholine as well as increasing bloodflow to the brain and membrane fluidity.

This sample pack gave me the proper means to begin finding out which nootropics work for me. I thought for sure aniracetam was going to become my go-to, but noopept was actually a much better fit for me. After trying each racetam individually over the course of several weeks, I began to combine them, and found the combo I still use whenever it's crunch time at school or work: oxiracetam+noopept which gives me intense focus and mental output. These 4 basic racetams are a good, safe place for new users to start. I didn't have an adverse reaction to any of them, there were just some that were better than others for me personally. I encourage anybody curious about using nootropics for cognitive enhancement to buy this. It's worth the money, and you get a sufficient supply to last you several weeks if you don't megadose. I've used noopet, and an aniracetam /piracetam choline combonation before.
Trying the individual products themselves is a perfect way to assess your tolerance.
For me the oxiracetam is the best, its clean, clarity and no crash.
but with all use of racetam family products, taking a bit of choline will go a long way in to preventing headaches and overexertion/stimulation.
I would defiantly recommend the sample pack to someone just looking to try a nootropic. Unknown on 2nd Dec 2017
I tried aniracetam and noopet for 3 days and by the third day I was completely spaced out. Emotions were muted, not interested in talking to people, and extreme difficulty concentrating.
I might be the exception but this stuff was the 100% complete opposite on me from what I expected.
I stopped taking it and 1 day later I felt 1 million times better. I was myself again, day 2 after not taking it, I was stellar.
I was looking to help focus and spark creativity, this just was a bad experience. Never taking this sort of thing again.
ND Admin: This can happen if you don't take choline with them. Also, some people react well to the stimulating racetams, like oxiracetam and piracetam, but not the calming ones like aniracetam. This is why we have the sample pack for people to test out what works best for them. Ideally you would take one at a time, then judge how you react. Then you can figure out which ones your brain chemistry matches with. I'd still suggest trying the oxiracetam and piracetam. They are very different than the other two. Unknown on 30th Nov 2017
I preferred the Aniracetam. This was a cost efficient way to see what worked for me!

I've recently discovered nootripics and have spent over $1000 trying diffent things and brands. Typically I have been getting product from amazon and luckily they don't have racitams so I had to branch out. This sample set, 15 of each type, is enough to get you a very good idea of how effective and what the effects are of each type, is effective. Each variant is VERY different. I wish it included phenylpiracetam which i bought separately as a powder from here and really kicks things up in the gym and the pool, holly shit. Here are my thoughts:
* Go powder if you can. Get some applesauce to get stuff down or cap your own pills. It greatly reduces the cost. The equipment pays for itself overnight. I eat a lot of applesauce now :)
* The quality of things like ashwagandha is much higher here than what I got off amazon. I find more consistent effectiveness from product on this site in the ashwagandha case than the product I purchased at amazon. This goes double for bacopa which is not taxing my digestive track like the stuff I got off amazon. Amzon stuff is in the garbage. God did that mess me up.
* Typically its two business days between order and receiving product for me. I live on the east coast.
* I've spent a few hundred dollars here. All product has been well packed, effective, and fairly weighted. So I feel I can trust these guys at this point.
I like the sample packs and have the ginsing one as well. It would be hard to find out what works with quality product otherwise.
Con: some of the packing does not include dosage while other do. I wish that was more consistent.

I'm still fairly new to the whole world of Nootropics and found the sample pack very helpful. I would suggest taking notes on when you take a dose, with or w/o food, time of day, etc. Also you may not want to stack until you find what "base" works best for you. I read a lot of information and reviews before adding additional capsules CLR on 11th Mar 2017
It was like someone turned on the light in my brain. Creativity went through the roof, followed by focus, and thought process. I recommend this product to anyone. My only concern is the long term effects however ill deal with those as they come. DavidD on 8th Mar 2017
I haven't ever taken these before and so far I like them a lot. Now I'm just trying to figure out which one of the 4 different kinds works best for me. Unknown on 16th Feb 2017
