Coluracetam is a nootropic compound in the racetam family, which is a class of compounds that share a similar molecular structure. All racetams are variations of the original racetam, Piracetam, and all offer different potential cognitive effects.
It has been put to test in human clinical trials and animal studies and anecdotal evidence suggests that it may have cognitive benefits for healthy adults.
There appears to be several potential Coluracetam benefits may include:
Coluracetam may work by helping to enhance choline uptake and use in the body and brain. Choline is essential in creating the neurotransmitter known as acetylcholine, which is important to cognitive processes like memory formation and learning.

Good eye resolution but low focus and lucid Giancarlo Bettegazzi on 4th Dec 2017
I have taking mostly all of the racetams for over 20 years, since you had to order from England. This is the best thing I have taking to improve my mood and focus. I start a physical task and I am driven to complete it. My issue is my snap is latent. I do not have recall as fast as I have with the other racetams. I take it with Aniracetam, but I am going to add piracetam to see if it changes. I do have recall but its a few seconds or minutes off. Unknown on 25th Nov 2017
Thought I was dying, panic attack for 2.5 hours but once the panic attack I was focused for about 30 minutes matthew on 24th Sep 2017
The first time I ordered and tried I was shocked and satisfied But my recent order I did not get the same results. Its been a few months in between so its not my body getting used to them. Different ingredients maybe
ND Admin: They are the same bulk batch as the lot you purchased back in April. However, just to be absolutely sure, we sent a bottle off to a 3rd party lab after seeing your review. The lab has confirmed that there are 20mg of coluracetam in each capsule. So perhaps your variation in effects is due to some other factor not controlled for? We have double checked and verified that each capsule does contain 20mg of coluracetam, though, and they are the same bulk batch as the ones from April. Unknown on 6th Sep 2017
The effects are almost unnoticeable with same doses at same time of day as I took in May. Take 3 on an empty stomach with same exact meds as in May and unfortunately its not the same. You guys have been great with me and I'm just going to increase dosages, even though I haven't taken any, before a few days ago, since June. I'm going to try adding some fasoracetam in the a.m and see what happens. Anyway I don't know if an ingredient was changed or what but I just though you should know. Otherwise keep up the great services and product. Mike Quetti on 11th Aug 2017
For me this has been the most effective long term racetam for me. It gives me exactly what I want. A smooth clean mood boost with no stimulation. I'm able to do fail tasks with no thought of procrastinating, which I have a tendency to do. It's my happy pill! Mike on 27th Jul 2017
There can be a lot of responses that say it doesn't work, well that is because their body didn't absorb it properly and more than likely deficient in acetyl choline. This being said I rather liked the feeling I got from this, and the "retention" aspect of the Nootropic was effective, although for a short time.
I would say a different Racetam is what I am going to be getting next, but really it comes down to trying them ALL. D-Mike on 13th Jun 2017
This is the first racetam I used and I noticed almost no difference in my mood/focus/vision after taking it. I tried taking 2 pills, 4 pills and once 10 pills without any significant effect. I did experience a mild mood lift a few times which was probably placebo since the effect wasn't any stronger than the one with chamomile tea. I take Rhodiola, 5-htp and Maca root daily and all of these supplements work well for me. I did try stopping taking suplements to see if it counteracts with Coluracetam and it still didn't do much for me.
I have a few capsules left which I might give away to see if it works for someone else. One of the reviewers wrote that 200mg is effective for him, but taking 10 pills of anything is really insane. Anyways I don't think I'll be giving a try to any racetams soon. Vedad on 13th Jun 2017
My experience correlates to that mentioned on examine.com, good mood boost at 150-200mg and some visual effects. 20mg is way too low of a dose for me, tried 200mg and had a good effect for overall mood and cognition but at this dose it is very expensive and not worth the hassle. If i tried this dose for an extended period it would be a fair trial, unfortunately its too costly to do so. Unknown on 25th May 2017
If you have ever heard of the damaging effects of the accne drug, Accutane, on the mind, you will appreciate to know that Coluracetam is extremely effective at getting the mind to think with more clairity. This was my first experience trying this nootropic and I am very impressed with Coluracetam as a product. I'm very glad to find this sold here and will likely continue supplementing my diet with this mind focus factor. I was also impressed with the fast delvery of the product from nootropicsdepot and hope they will always carry this in stock at the affordable price it was sold to me at. Its worth supplementing with this product for mind health. Unknown on 22nd May 2017
