One of the most useful supplements I've tried. The benefits are noticeable while doing work that involves reading and problem solving. The effect can be described as a kind of stimulation, because it seems to increase work capacity, but it's definitely not a stimulant in the classical sense, and it doesn't cause any crash or effect on sleep. A rather unique plant that pairs well with caffeine ;)
