So I bought this in hopes to find a relaxing ingredient. However to me, it seems Cyracos is not meant for relaxation, with it I feel alert and productive with subtle mood boost. It would be a good ingredient to be used in a productivity stack. However the effects don't last long and doesn't do anything to stress/anxiety. I use 300mg mixed with cold water and tastes not bad.

I like to add lemon juice and drink. Put it in a water bottle I take it to my workplace. My heart is at ease. To become more efficient.

I wasn’t expecting much from this, but I was sincerely blown away at how relaxing it is. I feel it immediately and I become so calm and stress free. I take it before bed and I notice an extreme difference in how quickly I fall asleep. I will never run out of this one!

This is my absolute favorite lemon balm. I have both the powder and capsules for different times. I use this powder in drinks and smoothies when I want to mix my own stack. The capsules are better for on the go use. Both are great.
