This combination is very potent, and only for those days when you really need something to keep you upright when you haven't had enough rest. I felt awake, cheerful, and on point all day, and slowly came down in the early evening. My go to for the morning after an all-nighter.

i got this as a free sample, and wasn’t really expecting much. took it on a morning where i couldn’t shake the tired feeling, and was actually very pleased with the results. it took about an hour to kick in, but when it did, i felt a calm energetic slightly energetic feeling for the rest of the day. will place an order.
got a free sample and decided to try it. the only supplements I took that day was magnesium and the dynamax. took me a couple of extra hours to fall asleep and was a tad anxious towards the end of the day. if you are already sensitive or slow metabolizing with caffeine be careful. definitely a much more stabilized and clear headed caffeine experience so that part of the experience was nice. I'd be more interested in the product without the time release component.
Let me start by saying I've always hated the l-theanine/caffeine combo. Even at a 1:1 ratio the l-theanine would overpower the caffeine and just make me tired. However, this combination works great. I'm only using half a capsule at a time. It provides energy, focus and a positive mood for 8+ hours. I don't notice a crash or anything later...just a gradual decrease in energy and focus.
