    Top Quality Product

    This brand and standardization are very new to me. First of all it works. It works well. Compared to other brands I’d say it has a cleaner effect on my memory. It seems to work without me knowing it's there. I've been taking ND brand for several months now and I am very very happy with the results. The cost of ND vs others is less in the long run. The quality is much better. Background: I’ve taken Ginkgo Biloba off and on since 1997. 60 - 120mg’s of the popular standardized 24% and 7% lactones. If the quality is poor, I’ll get a headache within an hour and I’ll start forgetting things too. Longer term memory: Ginkgo for me has always improved my memory. More specifically, things I did several weeks back all the way to childhood memories. Usually with great detail. I’ll remember things and family members are amazed. I can recall things 35 years ago like photographic memory. All of which are non existent if I don’t take Ginkgo. Mid term memories: It’s also helped me to remember things more effectively around a month back. Paying bills, work around the house, and remembering where setting things down. I'll remember where I put things down months ago. Usually this is an issue for me. Shorter term memory: I manage tens of thousands of computers on a daily basis. For shorter term memory, remembering serial numbers and unique identifiers has improved tremendously on Ginkgo, even effortlessly. Usually when working on different spreadsheets, I place them side by side to do work. When on Ginkgo, I don't have to do that. I can recall strings of numbers more easily and with faster recall. I also have vivid dreams, and the ability to remember my dreams in the following days. I never experienced mood improvements with Ginkgo. To sum it up, I am sticking with this brand and dosage. It works, it's a brand I now trust, and their customer support is top notch when I ask them questions.

    I've been sleeping better since I've started taking this but as I mentioned on the Gotu kola, I think a higher dosage is probably needed to achieve optimal results!!
