I believed the reviews, but I did not experience the astounding help these other people did. I have arthritis, and it is not rheumatoid, but I still did not get any improvement in my joint pain. The 90 day count is what I took, as directed.
The Joints in my fingers started hurting and because I am a Holistic Nutritionist I will always try nature first before I take any medication. After 3 weeks of taking the Curcumin w/longvida my pain was fully gone. I tried taking other brands of Curcumin but the pain always returned. Only the Longvida works for me; I assume bc it is so much more bioavailable. This product increased my quality of life so much. I also recommended it to some of my clients and they also found relief. Be advised that it can take a few weeks to fully kick in. Also, over the years I had to increase the mg to keep inflammation down.
I do feel this is the best curcumin money can buy. Need something that doesn't stain? Get curowhite powder. In all other cases, longvida is simply your best bet. Highly recommended.
This has been used in India for centuries. It was used back in the day for severe TBI. It has profound effects on memory and concentration. This blend feels really clean. Shoutout to the owner for keeping these highly bio available blends. Its almost as I can feel it reaching my brain.
This is a great curcumin supplement. I like that it targets the brain for cognitive function specifically as that is more so what I'm searching for. It seems to still benefit the body the same way as curcumin is meant to as well, but this one goes the extra mile and adds more benefit to the brain health.
I just ordered another two 90 count jars of this and it's quite expensive. Why? Because it's so effective and superior to any other turmeric supplement I don't want to take the chance of it being out of stock again. I am 56 years old and have been purchasing supplements for over 30 years. Nootropicsdepot is the brand you can trust, unless you need something they don't have, (i.e. multivitamins) don't waste your time and money with anyone else.
I have tried a lot of different curcumins but this is the most effective for me. It is pricier but for a reason. I stick to this one now.
Very nice product, you can tell it helps with inflammation when taken consistently. Cant give five stars yet due to not having enough time with the product. So far so good, very solid product.
