Evidence from 10 studies
What the research shows
Magnesium may support sleep by improving sleep quality and reducing sleep onset latency, particularly in older adults and women. However, the evidence is mixed, and further high-quality research is needed to confirm these findings and establish clear guidelines for magnesium supplementation for sleep improvement.

What the research shows
While direct evidence on Magnesium Glycinate's impact on cognition is not available, general magnesium intake has been linked to improved cognitive function, particularly in older adults. The potential cognitive benefits of magnesium may be enhanced by adequate vitamin D levels. Further research is needed to specifically explore the effects of Magnesium Glycinate on cognition.
