I hit burnout with my retail job and started suffering constant anxiety attacks, and this stuff calms my anxiety down after Ashwaganda didn't work. It also helps me sleep if I'm feeling stressed at night.

Very surprised. 3 or 4 days in, starting to see a big boost in mood. Feeling a lot more positive, happy and upbeat. Will update this review if anything changes. P.S. Taking 1 pill 3x a day. Last dose before 5 bc it’s somewhat stimulating for me.

No uplifting mood No motivation No sleepiness Just here, maybe even feeling a little blue now. I was ok before taking it...emotionally. I purchased this product...several after reading the "good" reviews. I realized after leaving a review....it NEEDS to be approved! So, how many of the bad reviews were deleted by the company?! ...ND Admin: Nothing was deleted. Reviews have to be manually approved because of legal issues with disease claims, and we had a couple hundred that had not yet been approved. We just got to them now. No conspiracy. Just delays in approving them.

This took a few days to kick in, but once it did I felt quite energized. It made me reduce my caffeine intake quite drastically. Overall I feel more healthy, it also helped me with my inflammation issues, I feel normal again, no pain. I also feel more focused and strong. I think this is really powerful when you stack it daily with Primavie. I feel like I don´t even need coffee to start my day, and I never thought that was even possible. I encourage you to try it. Congratulations to ND team for this amazing supplement. It is quite impressive and I'm sure it will help a lot of people to improve their quality of life.

If you have attention issues, or have trouble focusing (feeling floaty), or generally depressed. I'm not kidding, please for the love of god try this out. 3 capsules throughout the day, within 2 days I saw a massive difference. Warning - if you start to get super itchy and break out into a rash everywhere, that happened to my wife. If anyone knows how to combat the allergic reaction, that would be wonderful news so she can keep taking it (her words not mine)

I’ve been using this sublingually for the past month 3x a a day. Wow. This stuff is incredible. It’s like I have an extra edge at work. My performance and mood have been on point every day. I have a lot of repressed emotions too and this brought all of that out of me ina. Very healthy way. What a compound. Thank you.

I have been taking 200mg in the morning and 100mg at night and after about 5 days, the mental clarity I have on a regular basis is astounding. I also feel like my brain doesn’t get as fatigued from reading a lot.

I’m fairly née to Nootropics. Started out with the basic ones (Lions Mane, Alpha GPC, L-Tyrosine) and after trying a few others finally tried the Polygala and had helped my mood and I feel a little happier. I take two capsules every morning.

Polygala is considered to be a "Strengthener of Will" and it really does seem to do exactly that. I originally took this for it's effects on mood, BDNF levels and neurogenesis of the hippocampus. What I actually got from it couldn't be more sought out for me personally. The effects are incredibly subtle but what I have noticed is my "will" has definitely increased. Ever since taking this supplement my life has changed dramatically. Nowadays I do exactly what I want without any anxiety. Whereas before there were significant changes in my life that I was scared to make the leap for. Even with non-significant, small things I would struggle a little. Now with this, my will has definitely strengthened to do what I want without hesitation. I practically do not care at all what anybody says or thinks about me anymore. Whereas before those things would really eat at me. Polygala has seemingly completely removed that pressure. Now I am incredibly free to do what I want. It has helped me to grow as a person quite a bit. In the beginning I was taking 3 a day but now I am coasting pretty well with 1 just a day. I highly recommend this to anyone needing to increase their will in life.

Dose: 100mg sublingually twice per day. Mood heightening effects definitely hit you on day 4, and after that the same effects have continued for at least little bit over a month and counting. One effect that loses its potency after few days of continuous use is the effect on focus. One weird effect polygala has had on me is that caffeine doesn't seem to induce that mood spike. That good feeling, that motivation from caffeine is just gone. This might be due Polygala inhibiting D2 receptor activation via A2a receptor agonist properties. Overall Polygala has been one of the best Nootropics I have tried, and I'm planning to order more when I run out of supply.

I started taking this and definitely noticed a mood boost in just a few days time. Unfortunately though I started having some side effects. I had a dull achy headache at the forehead/eyes area. I also have a minor eye tic (blinking, squinting, etc...), and taking this made it 10x worse, which could co-relate with the headache. I ceased taking it and everything went back to normal, then I started taking it again to confirm and the symptoms came back. I really wish I could keep taking it but unfortunately that won't be possible.

Hi, I am very impressed by the ability of the product. There is just one major drawback. It affects the heart. The heartbeat shoots up with the simplest of cardio exercises. Has anyone experienced this?
