Rephyll Powder | 6-10% Beta Caryophyllene

I picked this up as part of a refocused pain and inflammation stack. Been taking Boswellia for years, but recently it hadn't seemed quite enough to keep my joint pain totally at bay. Threw a few things at the issue (PEA, Matrine, and Curowhite) and, let me tell you, this is a keeper. Definitely helps with the breakthrough joint pain, stiffness, etc. Pretty fast acting too, so you don't have to wait 2 weeks to see a benefit. Can't really tell yet if it's helped with exercise recovery time, but there does seem to be evidence supporting it. Even seems to help with gut issues and that's a huge positive for me too. Still fiddling around with dose and schedule to see if I see get even better results, but me like; me like a lot. Flavor is earthy and vaguely reminds me of a peppery version the cedar mulch aroma you get in a pet store. I know, that doesn't exactly sound tasty, but really, as far as supplements go the taste experience aspect is rather pleasant. Two (not nearly as stiff and painful) thumbs up!

I love this for it’s inflammation fighting benefits and also it’s mood benefits. I feel like my brain wakes up when I take this, it does mention cerebral flow increase after all. I feel like it helps the rest of my stack work a little better because of it lowering inflammation. No drawbacks or side effects to speak of and I’ve even taken it long term.

I had 2 weeks of the most awful joint pain from my shoulder to my hand. It was a nightmare and I was trying everything I could. I was skeptical, but I noticed that Rephyll helped me to stay asleep. I don't have a problem getting to sleep Hard to say exactly, because I use curcumin as well, but it may be helping with reducing morning stiffness. I try to alternate this, since some people have noticed that a tolerance of sort can build up. I think it is working enough for me to keep in rotation with other nutrients, and as a synergist some of the nutrients.

This stuff was life changing for about 2 weeks. It completely took my back and leg pain away, even my inflammatory GI problems were improved. I took a large dose of this at night and woke up without morning stiffness. The problem is, 2 weeks later, I don't notice any effect at all even after taking a large dose. I guess my body just adapted.

Rephyl has quickly became one of my favorite supplement's. It has helped my chronic lung inflammation more than anything else I have tried in the last year since I injured them and I have tried pretty much everything (nutella sativa, NAC, Curcumin, Inhalers, and more) I also find it to be very soothing for my nerves as well as mind not too mention it's great anti-inflammatory effects. Do yourself a favor and give this stuff a shot.

Works well!! Good for aches and pain but also helps anxiousness. Goes great with thc and pea for the entourage effect. Currently working on capsules containing this, pea, and CBG isolate which I think will be very effective for pain.

I've had a chronic pain condition in my upper back for the last 5+ years (thanks to a silly motorcycle accident). PEA helps somewhat, but Rephyll is something else. My back pain flares up after running, lifting (anything over 30-40lbs), or sitting/lying down for too long or in weird positions. I started taking 500mg of Rephyll whenever the pain became impossible to ignore and within 20-40 mins the pain is just... gone. It seems to work for about 4-6 hours (from my experience) , and all with no perceivable change in headspace, which means I can manage my pain and not have to worry about being impaired. Goodbye, muscle relaxers and gabapentin! Super stoked ND brought this to market! Their quality can't be beat. Especially when their product improves the quality of your life like it did mine.
