For deep, restorative sleep and recovery, my own longterm (6+ years) of personal bio-assay (taking) of this version of ashwaganda (Sensoril) has proven to me that it works best taken right after dinner or, at least 2-3 hrs. before bed. I use this specifically for sleep/recovery before bed or if I can not get to sleep. Keep in mind, Ashwaganda will affect everyone differently, as it is actually an "Adaptogen" and not technically a 'nootropic', your body will use this how it needs it, to up or down regulate.
Only one capsule is needed, taking 2 or several is 'contra-indicated' and not necessary, this is a very effective and concentrated form of Ashwaganda. I Do Not use it during the day, as it makes me want to take a short power nap and it softens my focus, chills me out way too much.
Excellent product in a clinically effective dose at a reasonable price.

Excellent for reducing stress. But be warned: might reduce motivation and make you too relaxed to effectively get things done. Increased libido for me. Also had a positive effect on physical performance.

I was really impressed on the fast shipping to my part of the world-despite all the disclaimers about delays in delivery I received my products approximately a week after ordering.This is my second order from this website and so will order again because it’s an informative and reliable company - As for the product I Definitely notice a calming effect.I’ve previously used a pharmacy brand and an adrenal support as part of a supplement with no effect so I will keep at it and see how it goes

I was hoping for the holy grail I guess looking for something to put me asleep and stay asleep restfully. I think it does satisfy the hopes to stay asleep and be restful. What it did not accomplish was getting me to sleep. Good product overall for someone with those 3 issues. 2/3 problems addressed with this product.
