This has repaired most of the brain fog I've been suffering from for the past year, but there are 2 major issues that need to be addressed if you're going to take it: 1. Headaches. You may need to supplement heavily with a choline source to avoid headaches. Citicholine and centrophenoxine are my go-tos but others should work. 2. Sleep. Numerous users have reported sleep issues with this because it remains bioactive for 8-12 hours, and I experienced this for about a week, but I've actually found that taking it shortly before bed results in better sleep with fewer interruptions than I've had in a very long time, which might be due to a rebound effect as it wears off (I speculate this may be also be related to how TRKB suppresses orexin-a). I'm also taking polygala as this seems to be a consistent factor for people that have had a good experience with this.

The compounds of this supplement were exactly what I was looking for and they work great. It's easiest to take these when you don't have anything else to do for the day, because they are hard on the digestion process.

I was really hopeful for this product when I read the reviews, but it amped up my anxiety and brought on horrible insomnia (even though I took it early in the morning and took polygala in the afternoon to "regulate" it). I'm glad it's worked for some, but not for me. I wish I could send back the bottle, but ND has a strict no-returns policy on open merchandise.

Top quality as usual, I won’t buy anywhere else. Also one of the most useful products here, it’s very much like the original 7,8-dihydroxyflavone but works consistently and without requiring sublingual dosing.

I have struggled with serious mood problems for several years, at times truly debilitating, a result of some trauma and natural disposition. I have put off writing a review, but it's been such a help to me I feel obligated to recommend it to others. First, I do not "feel" anything immediate or discrete when taking this. It's not like caffeine or some of the racetams, so I would not expect that response. But after taking it about a week, I find that my baseline mood and disposition is improved, as well as mental clarity. It is as if it gets me "unstuck" from the (negative) patterns of mood and thoughts that had been weighing me down. It doesn't brighten or lift my mood per se, but it feels like it promotes new pathways to move away from those existing patterns, both emotionally and cognitively. And it feels perfectly natural, like I am just "getting out of the rut" or "finding my way out of a dark place" -- not some artificial or altered experience, nor like a masking. I have not had any side effects like emotional blunting or mental fog like so many conventional treatments I have tried. In fact, it is just the opposite, my mind is clearer than it has been in years. I think this mechanism of action is truly a breakthrough. You should give this a try as a daily "maintenance" nootropic for a few weeks, there is nothing else like it on the market.

At least, thats the best way I could describe it. I stopped taking it because it seemed kind of pointless/not worth it to me. My experience: I bumped my head and got a light concussion at work after being on this stuff for a week, and after that for another week+, Id wake up every single day thinking I was still at work. Another user on Reddit also reported that after starting and taking it, he had a dream where a strange man said "I hope you know youll never forget this moment." I will say that I seemed to experience increased precision in my motor skills. Not fine motor skills, but full body motor skills. I'd say this with a ~7/10 rating that it was NOT placebo. I was trying to take it for nerve pain, and it mightve helped, tho Id only rate this a 6/10 chance that that effect wasnt placebo. So this isnt a useless product. It just seems to me that what it does achieve, it does so in a way thats not suitable for regular use. The title of my review sums up what I think it does. Youre not wasting your money if you want to experiment with it though, by any means. Its not a sugar pill. Oh I almost forget that the very first time I took it, I felt a shot of euphoria some 15 or 30 minutes in. Like the description says, it is fast acting. That feeling was followed by a sense of seriousness. I guess you could call the feeling positive or uplifting, but Id describe it more as that I cared about what happened next and seriousness. And the dosing seems pretty proper to me. You could probably take 2 an hour apart if you wanted to yet I could tell that it was doing something with just one. Thats all I got. Knock yourself out lol

I started with one capsule (felt nothing) and titrated my dose up to 4 capsules. I felt the same at 32mg as 16mg, which is mild stimulation and the kind of mood lift one might get as the effects of a phenethylamine type compound might give as it sets in. However, it never becomes euphoric in this sense. I am curious to try taking a higher dose to see what happens... No noticeable side effects.
