The is a great supplement. Iuse this instead of cups of coffee when I am studying. It keeps me focused without any jitterness and lasts longer too!
Effective- I noticed prolonged times before getting tired or worn out (caffiene interrupts this) without jitters (L-Theanine). Probably more helpful for workout than studying. It wasnt a huge help for my situation, but does work as advertized.
