Cistanche for overall wellbeing
Cistanche seems to give me a mildly noticable boost in energy. It does help with libido but dont expect this to be as good as tongkat. It is worth taking in conjunction with tongkat as you can feel it adds something but is very mild on its own.

Most Impactful Supplement I’ve Taken
I’ve tried many supplements over the years, but this one has provided the most anecdotal impact for me. The most notable positive impacts are on gut health (regularity) and mood (calmness, positivity). My sleep has also felt deeper - I’m much more refreshed and in a good mood in the mornings. I haven’t had any blood tests but believe there is also a positive impact on hormones due to regular morning….tumescence. Overall, I simply feel healthier. I take one pill In the morning and one in the evening. I don’t notice either a stimulatory or sedating effect from it. It took about 2-3 weeks to really feel the impact. This one will be in my rotation for quite some time. Kudos to ND for this product.
