The first few weeks I took this, I was incredibly motivated and "on point". My mind was clear and far more active. It's mentally stimulating to the point that taking it too late in the day can make it difficult to sleep. The effects were great, but it didn't seem to last long term. I would take it with egg (for the choline) and a B-vitamin mix as suggested by others on the web.

Cognizin is better than the other cholines like GPC and bitartrate. I feel better memory and motivation with it.
This product is best combined with racetams to see its effect. Much better to take only one capsule a day with racetams and avoid taking two as it will give you a headache.

I like this product more than the CDP choline from other vendors. The capsules are very small, and seem to be very effective. They always prevented or cured the headache I got from racetams.
