I love this stuff. I have tried Ashwagandha in the past, but it was snake oil compared to this! This stuff makes me feel calm and energized throughout the day. In my opinion this combined with L-Theanine works better than anything I’ve tried in the past. 5 star would highly recommend
Amazing for stress
This is a good ASHWAGANDHA product and recommended. Sublingual use of the powder is preferred delivery.
I have used 300mg in the mornings for a couple weeks, and have not noticed anything besides a runny nose. If I take it at night, my mind races and I cant get to sleep, so I know it works.
Not an overly dramatic feeling, but I can feel this every time I take it. This will be a mainstay in my supplement regimen.

Not sure if I'm the only one whose experience this, but I found it to be rather stimulating (in a good way). I found it better to take KSM-66 in the morning. Sensoril ashwagandha appears to be better before bed. Effects were very noticeable; pretty much destroyed most of my stress. I think I've even made some gains out of it (test boosting effects). Not claiming ashwagandha to be a "miracle herb" but it sure is beneficial :)
Great for regulating the thyroid Reduces stress levels Read about its slew of effects here: https://examine.com/supplements/ashwagandha/ Might excessively increase thyroid activity causing insomnia. I think it's giving me insomnia, even though hypothyroidism runs in my family. Unsure whether tolerance/dependence forms to its GABA effect. I guess you could take it with Emoxypine if you're worried. Emoxypine normalizes GABA.
A quarter teaspoon in my smoothie every morning as a tonic for mental Health, libido and agility. Works Wonders! Effect comes gradually and is noticeable after 3-4 weeks. Recommended. Helps against stress and irritability + Works as a muscle toner as well.
I didn't feel fatigued at all throughout the day, energy was sustained and also help me sleep better. Consumed Twix a day once in morning and at around 2:00. I would recommend this product. Also helped with libido.

Haven't noticed any huge difference with regards to relaxation, but I must say it works great when stacked with stimulant nootropics (e.g. Armodafinil, Phenylpiracetam, Noopept). On the plus side, I have seen some decent gains in the gym since I started taking this KSM-66. Overall, it's cheap and high quality. Can't go wrong!

This is one that I use daily and has helped me the most. It took a couple of weeks of daily use to notice the effects but once I did, it was surprisingly helpful. this is the first year I have had this to aid me.
Noticed testosterone boosting effects within two weeks, I ordered it as a test booster during my pct but there are far more benefits that include better gym performance.

The first thing that caught my eyes was the packaging, it looked very nice. For the product itself it was amazing did exactly what it supposed to do.
