Longvida Capsules

Good but I don’t believe this batch is as strong as my previous. I previously finished a 90ct bottle and every day I took I felt amazing. I recently purchased a 180 ct bottle and it’s somewhat hit or miss on the mood boost I’ve become accustomed to. Still a high quality product. Will try taking more than 1 a day.

I've probably purchased 90% of the products available here. They've all been of superb quality, but I don't necessarily respond to a lot of them. This one is different. Measurable and consistent reduction in brain fog and processing speed with a light mood boost to boot (likely an indirect effect of the effects I listed). As with all supplements, nothing is a magical cure all. My girlfriend has serious back issues(scoliosis, hips at different heights, something causing bursitis, and radiating never pain/sciatica). The doctors have been dinking around and have not been super helpful. She responsibly avoids narcotic pain meds. Anyway, I’ve been trying to find a stack to help her mitigate pain. With the seriousness of her issues, I know we can’t expect a full release of pain. However, the Longvida has been extremely helpful for her in getting through the day. One in the morning and one in the evening has been a beneficial protocol. Out of the stack of PEA, Rephyll, Magnesium, and Longvida, she feels that she the Longvida has been the most helpful. I have also tried it maybe about 4 or 5 times, out of curiosity for its cognitive effects. It seems to increase mood and mental clarity. Further experimentation needed, but I love the science of the lipid encased curcumin molecules. Very fascinating stuff, and most likely the best form of curcumin to consume.

Maybe the best Curcumin supplement I have taken it is a much healthier feeling alternative to NSAIDs

I bought this for my mother who has a benign tumor pressing on her spine and causing lots of pain. The pain meds she was prescribed weren't working and surgery isn't an option right now, but since she has been taking the tumeric, she has reported an overall decrease in her pain and an ability to function. I suspect the anti-inflammatory properties of the tumeric are having a positive effect on the tumors. She is excited to have found a natural remedy to help her and we will continue to purchase this.

This stuff is fantastic for restoring focus when I’m having a foggy unfocused day. It reduces inflammation in general, which can help with joint pain. Really nice formulation from nootropics depot, very potent.

I believed the reviews, but I did not experience the astounding help these other people did. I have arthritis, and it is not rheumatoid, but I still did not get any improvement in my joint pain. The 90 day count is what I took, as directed.

The Joints in my fingers started hurting and because I am a Holistic Nutritionist I will always try nature first before I take any medication. After 3 weeks of taking the Curcumin w/longvida my pain was fully gone. I tried taking other brands of Curcumin but the pain always returned. Only the Longvida works for me; I assume bc it is so much more bioavailable. This product increased my quality of life so much. I also recommended it to some of my clients and they also found relief. Be advised that it can take a few weeks to fully kick in. Also, over the years I had to increase the mg to keep inflammation down.
