The most important thing we wanted to get right was the mushroom blend, so we spent a lot of time on developing the best effects profile that still produced a pleasant taste. The mushroom blend that we ended up settling on is a blend of full spectrum fruiting body Cordyceps militaris and lion’s mane, in addition to full spectrum sclerotium poria and tiger milk mushroom. This blend produces a very nice energizing, mood boosting and focus enhancing effects profile that meshes exceptionally well with the effects of caffeine, especially when that caffeine is derived from coffee.* Besides caffeine, coffee contains a plethora of interesting bioactives such as beta-carbolines and trigonelline, which further enhance the effects of caffeine. With this in mind, we selected a very high quality instant espresso powder, which produced the stimulating coffee effects we were after, whilst also producing a much richer coffee taste than regular instant coffee.* The full blend tastes like a robust cup of coffee and produces even stronger effects.* In our opinion, this is one of the best options for a quick cup of coffee when you are in a time crunch. The caffeine content certainly reflects this, providing 150 mg of caffeine.
