N-Acetyl L-Cysteine Powder | NAC

NAC is an essential part of my daily routine. I take 2000mg every morning and if I feel a cold coming on I also take 1000 or 2000mg of an evening. Every winter I get a cold which precipitates a severe chest infection. It is now halfway through winter and I have not yet even caught a cold, despite the fact that the rest of my family has been sick with colds. This is such a must have product for your body. I take about 1500 mg a day divided in two doses (750 each). The product seems to be of very good quality, crystalline substance.

What amazing quality. I've tried other brands of NAC, but this one seems to have a purer smell and look. At least as reliably as I'm used to. @ 1200 mg once or twice per day, 3 - 4 days per week. Taken on an empty stomach because it's and amino acid. Lots of water, some sea salt or trace minerals and vitamin C as well. If you have never tried it, start out with 300 mg and work your way up slowly.
