When Do ND Insider Rewards Points Expire?
ND Insider Points expire ninety (90) days after they are applied to your account. However, every time you earn new ND Points—whether through purchases, referrals, or other program activities—the 90-day expiration period resets for your entire points balance. This means your points will remain active as long as you continue to engage with the program and earn new points.
When you redeem ND Points for a cash back reward, those points are immediately deducted from your account and converted into a unique coupon code. The coupon code expires 7 days after it is issued. If your coupon expires before you use it, the points used to create that coupon will not be returned or reissued to your account. For this reason, we recommend redeeming points for a coupon only when you’re ready to make a purchase within the next 7 days.
Please note: Only one coupon code can be used per order. ND Insider cash back coupons cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discounts, or rewards in a single transaction. Plan your redemptions accordingly to maximize your benefits.
