Noticeable difference
I started out taking just one. I felt like things were just easier mentally so I increased my daily dose to 2. Rarely do i get fishy burps from this unless i go to the gym and then i only get 1 fishy burp at the most.

What is Fish Oil?
Fish oil is a dietary source of omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids, meaning they are not produced naturally in the body and must be obtained from food. What is EPA and DHA?

Great Quality and Inexpensive
This is one of least expensive fish oil supplements out there, and the quality is SUPERB! You know people stand behind their product when they're willing to publish lab analysis results for every batch. Go ahead, shoot Nootropics Depot an email and ask for a copy before buying. Personally, I've never had any rancid fish-oil reflux or burps with these. If you open the container and smell them, they smell like good, fresh fish. Why would they smell like anything else, lol.

Great fish oil supplement
This fish oil is pretty potent and doesn't give me fish burps as much as some of the other brands I am used to. I can still taste it occasionally but it is much less pronounced (although I like fish and never really minded this taste so your mileage may vary)

Wonderful DHA fish oil product
Nootropics Depot really does provide the highest quality supplements for the most reasonable prices let's be honest for the best prices compared to the competition. I've been using their site for quite a while now and of course I've done my homework I've compared to what else is out there and they really do serve the highest quality, furthermore. What's very impressive is that all orders are placed at the same day now a lot of companies will claim same day one or two day shipping but it's rarely the case , but I digress as I'm supposed to be reviewing this for fish oil and this is a very high quality DHA supplement it's great for your racetam stack , or as a standalone if you want a high quality fish oil supplement.

Best Fish Oil
I used to but fish oil from grocery stores. They never defined what percentage EPA or DHA was in the capsules. 3x Strength fish oil is exactly 50% EPA and 50% DHA, the ratio doctors recommend for people with attention issues. Other benefits include the fact it's cheaper than the product I previously used, and it doesn't give me fish burps! Fish burps are often a sign of a inferior product, while a minor fish taste may occur, it's nothing like my previous experiences.
