Still testing it out
I've been taking it on and off for 2 weeks. Still waiting to see if things improve.

No What It Seems
I discovered this patented root-and-leaf extract after psychiatrist and brain imaging specialist Daniel Amen mentioned it in the 2013 revised edition of his 2001 book. After taking this supplement for several months I have found that, while potent, adding leaves to the root extract in order to boost potency and production counteracts much of the relaxing and sleep-inducing effect of W. somnifera. In fact, if I took 2 of these capsules before bedtime instead of just 1, I would suddenly pop awake 3-4 hours later. In addition, I also had more intense and disturbing dreams, as consuming stimulants before sleep tends to lead to. In conclusion, taking 1 cap/night at bedtime worked OK, but taking 2 acted as a stimulant for me. (Traditional ashwagandha root preparations do not have this effect on me.) Also, the caps are very small at 125 mg, which, due to the increased concentration guaranteed by the patented production process, is the only strength available. I would not recommend this product unless you take W. somnifera during the daytime or in the morning.

Doesn't seem healthy
I tried it and it made me feel weird and unable to sleep (ashwagandha usually helps me sleep better) I switched to KSM-66, which feels like ashwagandha should and feels clean and healthy. ND Admin: Different people respond better/worse to different forms of ashwagandha. We actually did some blinded testing at our offices with our employees, and the variability in which ashwagandha form everyone liked was very surprising. It was pretty evenly split between the 3 forms we offer.

Not all Sensoril is created equal.
This Sensoril is excellent. I purchased Sensoril from another company, and the quality was so poor I threw it away. Swanson generally sells good products. Their Sensoril is certainly lacking in quality, in my opinion. I’m very happy with Nootropic Depot. It delivers what’s promised.

I have tried KSM in the past and am now exploring Sensoril. I am enjoying it thus far. I am unsure which one I prefer but I like them both.
