I can’t speak to any cognitive improvements, but it is very relaxing and helps me fall asleep faster. I think my quality of sleep is better too. I can’t say for sure though.
I have been taking this supplement consistently for almost 2 years. It did take a couple of weeks for the effects to kick in, but once they did, I noticed how much easier it became for me to remember names, numbers, and dates. Now I'm a medical student and I'm strongly confident that I've been able to do well thanks to Bacopa, and I also take alpha GPC, citicolin, and piracetam on a regular basis. I have taken breaks here and there, and I do notice mt recall agility fades. But the things I've learned while taking it does seem to stick - or at least I hope! All in all I'm very happy I have been taking this supplement. I also think it has helped me weather stress far better - as well as THC/CBD. Finally, I began this journey with the Bacognize brand (bc it was cheaper). I noticed some gains with it, and decided to invest into switching to Synapsa. The switch made a significant difference. It felt like I was able to remember things faster and clearer with Synapsa, AND, the capsules taste less like you swallowed grass. Hope this is helpful to someone!
I'm old enough to be retired, and I believe Synapsa is helping my mind function like it did 20 years ago. I feel more alert and clear headed, and I can concentrate for longer stretches. Before Synapsa, I would read for an hour, and my mind would start to wander and get fuzzy. Since taking Synapsa, I can now read for seven hours at a stretch without losing concentration.
I read on this website that the best way to take this is in combination with Bacognize (Synapsa in the AM, Bacognize before bedtime). I can't say I've noticed any difference in my memory or recall. I'll finish out the bottle, but probably won't reorder.
My daughter has epilepsy since she is 15 years, her seizure are only in her sleep. She had about 1 seizure per month even so she is on medication. it surely makes me remember things MUCH better. not so much on working memory but things like phone numbers and addresses. I remember pretty much every phone number the first time I hear it. This thing is legit . I take bacognize and synapsa, 5 pills each daily.
