Less hangover, as promised
In my opinion, this is not a life shattering supp like other reviews say it is. I feel a bit better after taking it, but it does not reduce the immediate feeling of alcohol once taken and I can still get a hangover after. I take it with my last drink and I probably can function better 30 minutes quicker than without it. You’ll still feel bad the next morning but slightly less bad. All in my experience of course

OMG if this was a MLM product I would have made a fortune by now suggesting to every one at every party I host (I run a film fest so lots of parties). I don't advocate for getting drunk, but sometimes... well this stuff guarantees you NO HANGOVER and no side effects. At all. Only thing is, don't take while you are still drinking because it will sober you up. I've tried every no hangover product on the market and nothing works like this. I'd buy stock in it if I could!
This stuff will do what its supposed to, alter the enzymes in your liver to help you break down alcohol faster. However, be very careful when using this substance because of the after effects. TL;DR Once you give your body exogenous (outside help) enzymes to break down alcohol your own liver can dip in its own production of these enzymes. Several times now I have experienced sudden alcohol intolerance the few days after taking DHM or Alcohol Defence blend in this case. It also goes by the name of DHM or No Days Wasted. This effect of being "alcohol intolerant" will make you feel very very sick after taking only a few sips of alcohol, sudden drop in blood pressure, flushing and skin irritation, asthmatic symptoms and more. Just be careful and listen to your body.
I will preface this: I am an herbalist and I have tried it all. This is stuff is not magic, but it works better than anything out there. My hangovers were deeply emotional, debilitating, and had me discontinue drinking for periods at a time. My experience with Alcohol Defense, is that if I have 3 or less drinks (hard liquor or wine), I simply feel a little less than fresh for the first two hours I am awake, then I’m good. I only had one experience where I drank more than that (I rarely drink a lot considering my chemistry), and it took the “edge off” but I was still not feeling so great for a day or so. Point being, this works extremely well if you have a moderate amount of alcohol, it’s not going to let you “party hard” with 0 consequences. Nor would I want it to or expect it to. I will always keep this stuff handy after drinking.
I tried this for the first time last night. For background, I rarely drink, so I have no tolerance to alcohol. Last night I had about 7 or 8 shots, and a few mixed drinks. Gave a package of these to my friends and took one myself at the end of the night. One thing I wasn't expecting, they have a very strong odor. If I wasnt already drunk, I'd struggle to take it. But in terms of effectiveness, it worked. I woke up with no sense of dread, no headache, and no carb food cravings. 5/5.
I drink 6 to 8 beers consistently, and although I drink water during the process, I still got facial breakouts associated with the beer. According to my web searches the skin issues indicated Liver issues at the root. I started taking 2 capsules after drinking and one in the morning as well. My skin has cleared completely in 6 days. The kicker is, I still drink the same amount! Not an excuse to keep drinking, but dam impressive results regardless. DHM is an amazing thing and I recommend everyone try it, whether they drink alcohol of not!
It helps but sometimes I'm not sure how much it helps, I do not have more than 3 drinks in one sitting and I have a low tolerance

I tested this on a night of heavy drinking and was pretty surprised by the results. You may want to take 3 capsules instead of the recommended 2 if you had a long night. I noticed a remarkable reduction in physical symptoms but was still a little cloudy mentally. Great product that I will be letting friends try and buying again.
I used to have the worst hangovers- Migraines and N/V after 1-2 drinks sometimes. This product has significantly reduced the symptoms, which typically prevents them from even occurring. I am on my second bottle and would highly recommend this product.
It isn't a miracle product by any means. But I feel half as bad as I probably should after a night of heavier drinking.
Pretty straightforward product from a great company.
Bought the 60 ct bottle to try out and I've found that it basically removes any possibility of having a headache. As I get older, I found that beer affects me a lot more than liquor. If I drink 3+ beers in a night, I will definitely get a bad hangover the following day (mild headache + being exhausted). If I take these at the end of the night, I never get a headache and I will feel maybe 1/10th of the exhaustion that I would've felt. Obviously it shouldn't be abused so that you can drink like a fish, but it's great when you need it.
After a night of drinking, take a couple of these capsules and you'll wake up feeling like you didn't drink the night before. That's how it works for me, no joke.
This will be my 3rd order. I tried a separate product/supplement that worked well but I came across this while browsing nootropicsdepot for other supplements. This worked better and it's not a miracle cure all, if I drink myself completely stupid I'm not going to wake up feeling amazing but it does significantly reduce my hangover symptoms. I may be sensitive to alcohol because some degree of hangover was always present even with 2 drinks ( male 220lbs). This negates all the effects for me with low to moderate drinking. I'm almost dependent on this when I drink. I recommend and share with friends since it works so well.
I literally ALWAYS make sure i have this when i'm partying for the weekend. Makes saturday/sunday mornings a lot easier
