I Take Alpha GPC in cycles to get rid of brain fog and for energy. Seems to work well and so far the best brand I have used with noticeable cognitive results that make me want to work out more. Combine this with a good cup of coffee and my brain sometimes feels overstimulated but still, those are things that say this works.

Love this product, always use strategically for its benefits and I always can tell a difference. Had some issues with the delivery once out of like 6-7 times I've ordered and Nootropicsdepot remedy the situation within 24 hours, very great customer service!
I usually buy all my nootropics in powder form and make my doses with a milligram scale or a capsule machine, however even the 50% alpha-GPC becomes tough to handle after a few weeks, it starts getting wet and in the end becomes more of a paste than a powder. So for this one I don't mind paying a little extra and getting it in a convenient easy to use and store form. Personally I don't feel much if I take it alone but it's definitely a game changer when paired with a racetam (piracetam, noopept, phenylpiracetam mainly for me). When stacking that way I dose one cap about every 4 hours (so 3-4 caps/day) to maintain a stable choline concentration, I prefer that to CDP-choline (not tried DMAE yet). It mainly helps me keep the focus in the late hours and somehow feels as if the effects of the racetam lasted longer, highly recommend.
