It prevented headaches when I stack this with phenylpiracetam and my eyes were less dry. I can't tell if it has any cognitive benefits like memory or focus at all.

It's an ok product.
By far my favorite choline supplement. No funky side effects nor headaches like with Citicholine or strange tasting horse pills like the L-Bitartrate.
Recently, I tried Nootropics Depots Alpha GPC, and compared to another brand I tried, this performed way better. The effects were more defined. There is also no taste when taking these, the other brand I tried had a strong rice flour taste as that was one of the filler.

This has been one of the most revolutionary products I've tried in terms of my daily focus and productivity. I would recommend starting with one capsule/day, but working up to 2/day. That, at least for me, is my sweet spot. Its been something I've taken for about a year and have certainly noticed a massive difference. One piece of advice...drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep! Otherwise you might have some irritability and some mental fatigue (which is good advice anyways!). Definitely recommend this product for anyone looking to take things to the next level.

This was my main concern. Side affects. Especially since I wanted to take one in the morning and o e at night. I definitely feel less cloudy in the brain with this and have decided to keep taking this as long as it works.
The studies don't lie. Not only is this the most powerful choline source possible, but it's also used (in higher doses than nootropic purposes) for patients experiencing Cognitive Decline in some countries. It's effective on those patients most of the time, too. However, this is not medical advice. It's a review. I'd recommend 300mg per day taken once a day as a dose for nootropic purposes in a healthy person. This is amazing when you combine it with acetylcholine enhancing nootropics. Huge boost for cognitive abilities, memory, and learning.
Decent quality of product and company recommended highly by my Dr. Seeing smaller but positive changes for my memory and ability to concentrate once on two tablets per day. Do keep in mind it’s pricey with exchange rate but unless you can find it locally, this is a good option. Also as a Canadian, pay the bit extra for delivery with FedEx. DHL sent my order to maritimes before getting all the way to Alberta. Took over 3 weeks to receive from them and get into hands of Canada Post. Disappointed added that not only 15% discount email wasn’t labelled with expiry date but arrived as an offer before I even had products in hand. Suggest that you might want to work on marketing timing a bit better for new customers. Especially when they had followed up with concerns about over 2 weeks of waiting.

I've tried this by itself, with L-Theanine, and also with caffeine as a trio. It works pretty well, but I personally found the L-Theanine to be tremendously more effective, even without being stacked. I will use the rest of the bottle, but I won't be purchasing this one again.
This is the main staple of my nootropic stack. Been taking 300mg 3X a day since back when PowderCity was still online. ND has maintained >= quality and delivery. Essential for pairing with a racetam. Significant cognitive and physical performance increase compared to when I started 4 years ago. Individual results will vary based on diet, SNPs, and regimen consistency. It is strongly suggested to start out with a low dose and work up. This is pretty much fuel for your brain, be sure you use it.
