I have mixed feelings about this product. I took firstly 150 mg alpha gpc but felt nothing , after three hours I took an other 150mg and felt my head heavy, it must be my reaction to alpha gpc but I think that you use it only in order to fortify the choline leves in case they are low. I believe that apart from alpha gpc , there are better sources like citocholine, eggs and generaly choline is a compound that the body tends to recycle it.
It took away the headache I had with taking Aniracetam alone previously. This stuff is great and I will definitely get some more. Thanks ND :)
I take this along with other nootropics because I've read that one should. I can't say I can feel any difference at all, and am not sure what the difference would be if I could. But because it's so often suggested as a facilitator of the other stuff, I take it--I don't know if they'd work as well if I dropped it, haven't run the experiment.
Works well with racetams. Hard to notice by itself, but good for added focus\less headaches particularly i with piracetam

Alpha GPC is an essential part of my morning stack, and this source does not disappoint.
I must have an over abundance of acetylcholine bc this at 300mg gives me "tight brain" headaches.
Just starting out and experimenting with dosages. Really liked the effect, subtle but definitely an improvement in function. Found that for my needs three capsules were optimal, but one was not enough.
Would buy again, and recommend to others. nootropics depot is the best nootropic vendor in my opinion, fast shipping, great products, very professional all around, bravo.
