It's less bio available than other choline
I use it less and more of centro and Alpha GPC due bio availability It's still great for brain fog and very economical.

Often categorized as a B vitamin, Choline Bitartrate is a water-soluble compound that is composed of two separate components, Choline and Bitartrate. Choline is a basic dietary compound that is found in many foods containing fats and proteins, including eggs, wheat germ, poultry, fish, organ meats, cruciferous vegetables, and peanuts and other legumes. Choline also occurs naturally in the body in the form of phosphatidylcholine, simply known as lecithin, which is found in the fat portion of cellular membranes and the myelin sheath that covers nerve fibers.
Bitartrate, also known as tartaric acid, is a salt that is combined with choline to streamline absorption and efficiency. When combined, Choline L-Bitartrate powder may offer a wide range of potential benefits to your overall brain health.* While Choline is produced internally, it appears in limited quantities, which is why you may be recommended to take Choline L-Bitartrate powder.*
Choline’s main mode of action comes from being a precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is one of the most abundant neurotransmitters in the body. Acetylcholine activates areas of the brain responsible for motivation, attention, arousal, and memory formation, among other cognitive tasks. Acetylcholine is also the neurotransmitter responsible for transmitting signals between the motor nerves and skeletal muscles, allowing for basic movement.
Choline on its own plays an important role in the body’s emulsification of fat by producing lipotropic agents, which are designed to help break down fats during metabolism turning them into energy and other useful products. The compound is also important to the production and transportation of various hormones and regular healthy function in the liver and gallbladder. Choline is often grouped together with the B vitamin complex. Although it’s not actually a B vitamin, Choline often operates closely with B vitamins, especially vitamin B12 (known as cyanocobalamin) and vitamin B9 (known as folic acid).
Studies have found that deficiencies in Choline in the body may cause muscle damage. Studies also indicate that nootropics with Choline may contribute to greater physical endurance. Choline L-Bitartrate benefits mainly focus on supporting cognitive health and mental performance.* Studies conducted on animals show that Choline intake may play an essential role in influencing cognitive functions as the animals matured. Further research on Choline effects in the brain found that Choline supports the growth of cell membranes and nerve development, allowing for improved overall function and communication. These studies also seem to suggest that Choline intake may help to improve memory recall, allowing users to recall information faster and with less effort.
As a dietary supplement, take 600mg of Choline L-Bitartrate 1-2 times daily.

I love this product. It keeps me focused and I feel sharp when after I take it. It's better than adderal!
Really helps to clear the head for me and my mother, even without other nootropics. I ordered it as a fuel for them, but it turned out to be quite a help even on its own. And 600-1000mg always seems to be enough.
I find this to be amazing both in quality and effectiveness along with the other two products, I use for my stack. When mixed together with the right amounts used. I find that staying awake with great clarity and focus no problem at all. It's easier to remember learning new tasks and what I might have thought I had forgotten. Hands down the products on this site are of really high quality. Remember to always gear on the safe side take small amounts and gradually work your way up to what you can tolerate.
Brain fog and misguided focus were the name of the game until I got onto this. At times, my brain seemed to feel like it was running well on racetams but needed a 'tune up' to get real power. This stuff seems to help my brain feel a bit more "lubricated", and I feel it helps me reach the full potential of other nootropic substances. Also helps a lot with headaches I've had which I associate to nootropics. I can fit approximately 630mg into a size 0 capsule, which is about perfect for me as I like to take around 600mg each at morning and lunch.
I always take this with my piracetam dose. I find ND's product to be the most effective version. This could be because they sell choline L bitartrate instead of racemic. Either way it is very inexpensive and works well. I see it is in capsules now. I'll probably pick those up after my next paycheck. Thanks for being such a good vendor ND.
I especially recommend this as an assist to Piracetam.
This is my first time using Choline and I have only been using it for about a month. That being said, the effect that I feel so far is that when combined with the Aniracetam that I take, I feel significantly more clearheaded and cogent. However this only happens when I take 3 grams or more in one dose, and I was reading online that many people take under 2 grams a day. Since the bottles come in 150g it's really not an issue, but I am curious to see if the dosage I need will go up or down the longer I use it. It's pretty consistent right now but we'll see. On a side note, I read the other review that says it gets rid of headaches, and I certainly never get headaches when I use Choline, but I also don't get headaches very often anyway so I can't draw a clear correlation there.
I appreciate the quality of products from nootropicsdepot, and their choline L-bitartrate is no exception. While it's true that many Americans lack sufficient choline in their diet, I take this product primarily because it prevents the headaches I would normally get from piracetam (also a terrific product), or any headaches for that matter. I've used these products for ~2yrs. Choline: An Essential Nutrient for Public Health: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2782876/?_escaped_fragment_=po=8.33333
