At first, I was surprised that there was dosing information on the label but no feasible method provided to reasonably or consistently guess what that amount looks like. When I went to dilute the product it water I was amazed at how hydrophobic it is - it does not easily mix with water but if you use warm/hot water this issue is resolved slightly. However, the hotter water created the concern of affecting potency. Ultimately, while I enjoyed using this product and probably took significantly more per serving than I initially intended to because of it - and absent of the very high shipping costs, the price is great - I have since purchased KSM-66 with capsule delivery. I definitely recommend KSM-66 to everyone but will suggest capsules to avoid some of the aforementioned minor setbacks.

I found this form of herb to be mild in taste, as opposed to bitter, which I thought it would be. Makes it easy and more desirable to take daily, plus I find this form to not be over stimulating, which is what I was looking for in this herb.
So bad it affects my everyday life. I am so happy to have discovered this product. I finally feel like a normal person! KSM-66 has many benefits, but relief is a use I can personally recommend this for. Truly amazing product!

On credible advice I contracted in August with Life Length of Spain through its US affiliate lab Age Diagnostic Labs (ADL) to measure my telomeres . According to ADL through Life Length, I was pleased that as a 72 year old, I have telomeres of a 70 year old. My plan is to have my telomeres measured again next August and hope to learn that the KSM-66 Ashwagandha after more than six months of consumption will have positively increased the difference between my physical age and my chronological age. Till then I can report that once I was able to find ways to consume the KSM-66 powder with its bitter taste masked, it is a manageable supplement to add to my daily regimen. Resurvey me next September.
I am taking this now, haven't really done it regularly. I cleared it with my Psychiatrist who told me it would not cause a problem with my Zoloft. As time goes on I will see how effective it is. I believe I sleep better on it.
I used to need 10-12h of sleep to feel even somewhat functional. With KSM 66 I need about 6-7h and feel much more energized than I ever did! This gives me about 5h more time each day!!! I currently take 3 doses of 250mg per day and on a 3rd day it feels even better than on the first one. As for someone who has had long time problems that interfere with sleep, this is a godsend. It doesn't really make me sleepy but instead relaxes me enough so I release my thoughts when I choose to. When I do sleep, I am deeply asleep unlike in the past when I'd wake up multiple times each night.
I tried some regular ashwagandha before from another company and noticed pleasing effects, so I decided to try KSM-66. It's 3.5x more potent than the regular stuff I was using before, and it's simply amazing. I should note that it does take time for the best effects to build up, roughly a week. My wife and I take it every night before bed and we've seen noticeable improvements in our ability to fall asleep and stay sleep. It also gives me incredibly vivid dreams, usually adventurous, too. It also helps to stay calm throughout the day. We could take this 2-3 times per day, maybe more, but we get great effects from taking ~300 mg once nightly. Would recommend!
I've never been able to use Ashwagandha (like Sensoril or other types), as badly as I wanted to, because it would give me brain fog and make me feel very heavy and lethargic for hours afterward. I bought KSM-66 and had it for about 3 weeks before I got brave enough to test it, not willing to risk voluntarily ruining a good day. I finally decided to give it a shot, swallowed the powder, and braced for a crappy result, but it didn't come. I had none of the bad effects I've experienced in the past! I've only been taking it for about a week, so I don't want to make a judgement regarding its effects yet, but I wanted to make this review for those who've had negative experiences with Sensoril, etc., so you can consider giving this one a try.
I have to give this more time, as I have forgotten to use it too many times. It seems to help provide a calmness, but I think there's more good things yet to come and I will revise this review as time passes. Very happy with the prices, especially since the quality of all the Depot's products appear excellent, and Paul is always around for advice and information.

Not to play around with the dosages, start with 250 mg and increase gradually until you get your sweet spot on dosage. The more is not better. 250mg in the morning (caused drowsiness) and 250mg in night (better sleep quality). Hence reduced to one dosage of 350 to 400 mg before bed. Works great for me!
