What is Choline?
Choline bitartrate is water-soluble compound, often categorized as a B vitamin,. Its composition contains two separate components, choline and bitartrate. Choline thought of as a basic dietary compound that is found in many foods such as eggs, wheat germ, poultry, fish, organ meats, cruciferous vegetables, and peanuts and other legumes. Choline also occurs naturally in the body in the form of phophatidylcholine, simply known as lecithin, which is found in the fat portion of cellular membranes and the myelin sheath that covers nerve fibers.
What is Bitartrate?
Also known has tartaric acid, Bitartrate is a salt that when paired with choline streamlines absorption and efficacy. Because of this, choline L-bitartrate capsules may offer a wide range of potential benefits to your overall brain health.
While choline is produced in the body, it appears in limited quantities, which is why many people opt to take a choline bitartrate supplement.
Choline is a precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is believed to be one of the most abundant neurotransmitters in the body. Acetylcholine supports motivation, attention, arousal, and memory formation, along with other cognitive tasks. Acetylcholine is also the neurotransmitter responsible for other bodily functions such as transmitting signals between the motor nerves and skeletal muscles, allowing for basic movement.
Choline supports the production if lipotropic agents which are believed to break down fats during metabolism turning them into energy and other useful products. Choline may also support the production and transportation of various hormones as well as the healthy function of the liver and gallbladder.
While Choline is not a B vitamin, it often operates in a similar manner to them, especially vitamin B12 (known as cyanocobalamin) and vitamin B9 (known as folic acid).
Choline Bitartrate benefits and uses may include:
Some of the Choline Bitartrate available for purchase is racemic, or a mixture of dextrorotory and levorotory enantiomers. The issue with that is twofold. The levorotory enantiomer is the only bioactive form. So the racemic version is only delivering half the dosage that the body can actually use. The other issue is that DL-Choline Bitartrate has been shown to be nephrotic in a number of studies. The only reason to use racemic Choline Bitartrate is to save on cost, as the synthesis is cheaper. That is not a good excuse in our opinion, which is why our Choline Bitartrate is enantiopure, and only contains the bioactive levorotory enantiomer.
As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 500mg Choline L-Bitartrate capsules daily.

... as I've always used it in combination with Oxiracetam. But it works great in that combo, so no complaints. Unknown on 24th Aug 2017
Does what it is supposed to and works well kathleen Lentz on 1st Aug 2017
I have diabetes on both sides of my family, so I read a lot about preventing it. Choline keeps blood sugar levels regulated and apple cider vinegar everyday does wonders as well. Unknown on 19th Jul 2017
I have been taking this with oxiracetam for a total of 2 weeks. So far, I have noticed a dramatic impact on my overall mood. I have been prone to frequent bouts of anxiety paired with depression, and what I've noticed is that the Choline somehow makes my mind grasp the underlying reasons behind my feeling any certain way - thus alleviating the intensity of both of these highly emotional overreactions to the ups and downs of life.
I say "overreaction", since for me my mind has prior gotten stuck within this loop of "I cannot escape this situation/the 'walls' closing in/I am powerless". It wasn't my expectation to have had this sort of deeply introspective experience, though I do seem to be able to explore the why as opposed to getting so trapped in the depth of the "what".
Granted, this is only 2-weeks in, but it has been intensely positive so far and I look forward to either continued maintenance of this sort or a slight increase of this introspective quality, if at all possible.
Also, so far I have been taking two capsules once a day.
It's possible that one capsule can actually be enough, or it may prove best to dose twice throughout the day.
My next self-experiment is taking one capsule daily, for I have noticed that though my mood has improved there is a sort of hyper "giddiness" and I would like to experience how low and higher doses may affect my oxiracetam usage later on.
Really wonderful and potent, to summarize. I am most definitely a satisfied customer. Sarah on 26th Mar 2017
It is too early to make any concrete conclusions, since I just started using this product approximately two (2) weeks ago. If I am successful, it will be because of all of the compounds together and not just one compound. However, I have kept my wife in relative good health two (2) months short of fourteen(14) years as of today.
I have managed to neutralize the Beta-Amyloid, ( i.e. the Plaque in the brain) and I am in the process of re-growing the Brain Synapses to repair all of the damage to the brain inflicted by the Beta-Amyloid.
I should have some indication of how much repair has been accomplished some where between April and May of 2017.
However, I feel 98 to 99 percent confident that I will succeed in curing my wife of Alzheimer's.
Be aware that the cure will come from the total number of compounds that I am using and not just from one (1) compound. I have all of the applicable data and proof stored away in several places as evidence of my work. Unknown on 17th Jan 2017
