Agmatine sulfate is a biogenic compound derived from L-arginine, a common amino acid involved in the synthesis of proteins. When L-arginine undergoes decarboxylation, a process that results in the removal of a carboxylic acid group, it becomes agmatine sulfate.     One of my #1 recommended supps

    I very been taking agmatine for close to 7 years now and keep buying it because it is just that good. I've found agmatine is most effective as a stress reliever. I like large doses of it toward the end of the day when I'm ready to relax, unwind, and process the day. It dramatically enhances and sustains pain relieving effects. This makes it beneficial for acute pain. Many people, myself included, find it can be lousy for focus and attention. I have found that small amounts <250mg can enhance my social interactions and curb being hyper and having disruptive tendencies, such as talking over people and jumping on a tangent. I like to use a little agmatine as a social lubricant. As a pre-workout, I'm not convinced it's the best thing ever. The pump I get at 1500-2000mg makes me feel a lot more fatigued afterward, and it only lasts around 45 mins for me. That's not good for my 2hr long hypertrophy routines. I prefer rhodiola crenulata for lifting as salidroside is excellent at boosting the NO2 pathways while allowing me to maintain focus on working out. If you're getting enough l-arginine in your diet, your body is likely storing enough agmatine to use for lifting. In fact, agmatine gets released in mood-altering amounts after enough cardiovascular activity. It's likely a contributing factor to the "runner's high." I find agmatine to be an invaluable supplement to have on hand, even if you don't intend on using it every day. The flavor is close to neutral and easy to take down. It's quite affordable, too.

    Awesome!

    Taking this to get off a 4 year kratom use and it’s working flawlessly. I was taking kratom just to escape the withdrawals. Highly suggest to cut way back on ur kratom dose with this stuff like more than half. I’m on day 5 and I have cut my dose down to 4 grams 4 times a day to 1 gram 3 times a day. Also take magnesium to eliminate my restless leg.

    subtle? yeah right.

    I found that this increased my bloodflow. There could possibly be some issues regarding both tolerance and overdosing, but not every workout product was a hit for me. I think you really have to find your sweet spot. I could be off but for me its probably around 300mg, but you have to sort of dose in a "triangle" shape throughout your on-week, in my experience. Lighter at first, then respond to the tolerance, then respect the buildup. It seems to build up short-term. I get nauseous if I overdo it. Anyways Im convinced that this one was a successful hit and if you buy anything else and also not this for working out then youre a whole fool. Start here. And for that, 5 full stars. Im reordering as we speak.

    Surprise! It worked for me

    I've tried so many things. My main issues are 1) debilitating anxiousness that presents itself much different. It just makes me unable to do tasks, but no panic attacks, sweats, etc. Just extreme procrastination as I get a deep aversion/fear of tasks. Overnight, this helped that. I was able to do a task I'd avoided for 3 weeks. 2) Daily sinus blockage from a dust mite allergy. This made me able to breathe. 3) Mood - I just feel better. I have a whole closet of things I've tried & this one is best. Ashwagandha wasn't reliable, rhodiola helped but then caused the side effect of depression.

    Levels me out.

    The one amino I incorporate most. Definitely calms me down. I tend to operate with a frantic, anxious, high strung energy. This doesn't knock me on my ass, but helps me operate on an even keel. I assume this effect is to do with Nitric oxide levels in the brain being lowered. I take 250mg in morning, and took 250mg at night at first, but I believe it was disrupting my sleep a bit, so I found that second dose on an empty stomach before dinner/early evening was the best. Great product.

    That was unexpected but agmatine improves my mood and makes my sleep deeper. It feels like a mild psychedelic in a way. This is now a part of my base stack.

    Varied uses and effects

    relieve a small amount of anxiousness. it also bulked my muscles up to near the size they were when I was heavy into bodybuilding, without me having to exercise at all. Must be a muscle memory effect. Also, my appetite went out of control. It also helped my mother with her anxiousness more than me. It helped her with pain management to a mild degree.

    amazing batch

    They say it has an effect when combined with MJ. That's probably why I don't notice it as much now: I don't have any MJ in my system. It also synergizes with lots of other things as well. I think people who are prescribed stims should take this at night. Like 250mg of it. It prevents tolerance/excitotoxicity and causes the brain tissues to create more neurotransmitters. I think it does a lot to help prevent adrenal exhaustion from stims. However if you take it during the day it's not a very good combination because you will be less productive and no amount of coffee will able to undo that.

    if you want to stay awake all night

    Hi I am very new to nootropics and I am really still Experimenting with these . I have not found the right thing yet . I felt like agmatine Did help me to go to sleep a couple nights. I took 750 mg. I have also been taking phenylpiracetam and adrafinil and noopept along with choline The Choline I purchased at the health food store. Sometimes it makes me feel like I’m actually tired from taking it so maybe I just don’t know what I’m doing but I think they are probably very good products and I’m going to keep Trying.
