Bacognize Bacopa Monnieri Capsules

Reviews are kind of hard with NT products for me, because I don’t use one thing alone and generally if they’re working I’m not noticing much aside from alleviation of issues. Bacognize was a continuation of a trend for benzo abuse recovery that was still lagging some years post abstinence. Apigenin to start to upregulate gaba, improve sleep and reduce stress, (in addition to all the other benefits of apigenin supplementation!) Bacognize works well in conjunction with apigenin to make it so that as soon as I commit to sleeping, I fall asleep without effort while sleep duration is extended. This took some weeks to take effect, but the effect has stayed for some months now without obvious signs of development of tolerance. All that being said, as far as the Bacognize, I’m only about a third of the way through the bottle. Taken at bedtime, I don’t notice residual lethargy into the next day, but I have noted a pronounced anxiolytic effect that began within days of starting Bacognize. I haven’t taken it long enough to determine if it has any effects on memory, but I do seem to be less effected by social media brain leaking into times of needed focus, but that could just be better tech hygiene. Bacognize isn’t a silver bullet, but I’ve found it a helpful tool to try out a cycle of.

Within a few days of taking Bacognize I started to get really, really tired after taking it. However, this was fine by me as it was another addition to my sleep stack. In terms of benefit, like others have said it takes a little bit of time to start working. Two of the most noticeable improvements were remembering lyrics of songs which I am absolutely atrocious at - I actually started singing a bit in the car (which I never do). Additionally, I had a much easier time remembering numbers - credit card for checking out online, phone numbers, codes, etc. It was a very marked improvement that went away after I ran out of my first bottle. Overall, this is a good addition to my sleep stack (other Bacopa supplements haven't had this affect on me before) and certainly helps my memory, both short and long-term, though I noticed more short-term improvements. Would recommend!

I thought this product was just okay.. didn't really notice much of an effect on me.. although I suppose it might be good to stack with some other supplements by itself I didn't think it was worth the money.

I noticed improvement in recalling within few days .I had been trying to remember a friend's last name for long time .and all of a sudden it came to me .

At high quality product, a substance that has subtle but profound cognitive effect.; it's cumulative so I find I don't notice it straight away, and possibly not at all... until I run out and then after a couple of weeks I feel like Homer Simpson! In my personal experience this product is quite strongly anxiolytic so be aware that it may be best to take in the evening.

I was very optimistic about this and thought it would help with my upcoming LSAT - unfortunately after giving it about a week I had to stop it. The side effects which ranged from brain fog to lethargy far outweighed any potential benefit. The reviews on here are not representative of the many reports you will find using a simple good search. Even after stopping it took 3 days before I started feeling normal again.

I have been using BaCognize for a couple of weeks now and although I realize that it takes longer to experience the full effect I've been pleased so far. I might order Synapsa the next time to see what the difference is.Glad to have discovered NootropicsDepot a couple of months ago.
