The product was fresh & well packaged as far as I could tell, however after taking a capsule per day for a few days in a row I had developed a pretty nasty headache, so I stopped using them. As all nootropics have varied effectiveness based on individual body chemistry, please note this is only my individual experience. I am not saying it is a bad product for someone else. It may work wonders for someone else, but it didn't for me & had a negative effect. If you are considering this or any nootropic, do your research first and realize that even after thorough research it still may not agree with your individual body/brain chemistry. This is the case with all nootropics, imo. Gave it a 2 star b/c it sucked for me, but not a 1 or 0 star b/c it still may have a positive effect for someone else.

Helps to cure up the occasional headaches from noopept use.

... as I've always used it in combination with Oxiracetam. But it works great in that combo, so no complaints.

Choline keeps blood sugar levels regulated and apple cider vinegar everyday does wonders as well.

I have been taking this with oxiracetam for a total of 2 weeks. So far, I have noticed a dramatic impact on my overall mood. paired wand what I've noticed is that the Choline somehow makes my mind grasp the underlying reasons behind my feeling any certain way - thus alleviating the intensity of both of these highly emotional overreactions to the ups and downs of life. I say "overreaction", since for me my mind has prior gotten stuck within this loop of "I cannot escape this situation/the 'walls' closing in/I am powerless". It wasn't my expectation to have had this sort of deeply introspective experience, though I do seem to be able to explore the why as opposed to getting so trapped in the depth of the "what". Granted, this is only 2-weeks in, but it has been intensely positive so far and I look forward to either continued maintenance of this sort or a slight increase of this introspective quality, if at all possible. Also, so far I have been taking two capsules once a day. It's possible that one capsule can actually be enough, or it may prove best to dose twice throughout the day. My next self-experiment is taking one capsule daily, for I have noticed that though my mood has improved there is a sort of hyper "giddiness" and I would like to experience how low and higher doses may affect my oxiracetam usage later on. Really wonderful and potent, to summarize. I am most definitely a satisfied customer.

It is too early to make any concrete conclusions, since I just started using this product approximately two (2) weeks ago. If I am successful, it will be because of all of the compounds together and not just one compound. However, I have kept my wife in relative good health two (2) months short of fourteen(14) years as of today. I should have some indication of how much repair has been accomplished some where between April and May of 2017. However, I feel 98 to 99 percent confident that I will succeed in helping my wife. Be aware that this will come from the total number of compounds that I am using and not just from one (1) compound. I have all of the applicable data and proof stored away in several places as evidence of my work.
