Tried 100mg (recommended dose), seven days later tried 200mg, seven days later tried 300mg. Never felt a thing.
Dynamine is very similar to caffeine but different. I can't put my finger on it. I like it a lot.
Works as advertised for me. 15 minute-onset, nice peak/plateau until the third hour for me, smooth timely comedown happening around the 4th hour and effects wearing off after that. I took 100mg at 6pm with some reading/studying to do, and at 10pm I am able to unwind for the evening with some normal end of day routines before sleep. The effects are as bold as a 200mg caffeine anhydrous plateau without the 3h come-up and long comedown. It is an effective short-acting stimulant that I find suitable for studying or weekly bandpractice in the evening after a full day of work. It is a reliable early-evening pick-me-up that will not cause me any insomnia 5-6 hours later. Straight to the point.
I combine this with my morning coffee and definitely notice great effects. I think you need some caffeine with it for the biggest boost. I can totally tell the difference when drinking coffee alone or with Dynamine. I get much quicker stimulation and energy.
I am sensitive to supps but I could barely feel this one I haven't taken it standalone but it's alright if it is where I'm getting my energy Lol
