Fish oil is a dietary source of omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids, meaning they are not produced naturally in the body and must be obtained from food. Eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid, usually referred to as EPA and DHA, are two common types of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and are primarily found in fatty fish such as salmon, trout, and various shellfish. However, EPA and DHA can also be found in various non meat products like yogurt, eggs, butter, and cheese. EPA and DHA have been researched extensively for their roles in fish oil benefits.
Best Omega 3
I've been supplementing Omega 3 and vitamin d for a good 3 years. After 1 year of expirementing I was previously taking Nordic Naturals Omega 3 but this one beats that one hands down. Better price, better quality and better dosages.
