What is Fish Oil?
Fish oil is a dietary source of omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids, meaning they are not produced naturally in the body and must be obtained from food. What is EPA and DHA?
EPA and DHA are considered to be the foundation of most fish oil benefits. DHA is most abundant omega-3 fatty acid in cell membranes and most abundant in the brain and retina. Burping fish and stomach pain
The DHA capsules that were my go-to are not available so I tried these because they appear to be close in dosage. My stomach began having issues then after a couple weeks I would burp up a fishy taste (I rarely burp unless something is aggravating my gut) -- even 4 hours after taking. I have no gallbladder and am prone to pancreatitis, these do not agree with me.

best source of omega 3’s I’ve tried
I noticed a big difference in my whole wellbeing after about three or so days. The most noticeable improvement is my skin, hair, and nails looking much healthier. I think it has a synergistic effect on my other nootropic stacks as well. I’ve also noticed no fishy burps which is a major plus. I’m very pleased with this product and will be buying more once this stash is out. I wouldn’t mind a higher count as well as others have mentioned.

Great quality but poor price/quantity
Great product, definitely helped me. I only wish they were a bit cheaper or came in larger quantities. The 60 ct jar barely lasts a month since most scientific studies recommend higher amounts of DHA/EPA... ND Admin: We can consider offering a larger size. I will bring it up with the team.

Good all arounder
Good general, all-arounder. Sizing of this product is a bit ridiculous considering how many most of us need to take for our daily omega 3 goal so I'm very surprised that a 120 ct (at the very least) isn't offered. In fact, for that reason, I opted for a different brand fish oil for the past few months but figured I 'd switch it up for a month.

Highly effective, would be nice if higher quantity jars were available
These are great. The oil is clear and does not cause fishy smelling belches. I like the 50-50 distribution of EPA and DHA. However I find that I need to order these frequently and in multiples. I take 3 a day to reach the level of Omega 3 that I'm looking for so the 60-ct. jar doesn't last that long. Any chance we could get something like a 250 or 500-ct?

Great product, not the best size option
I love these fish oil softgels--they have higher levels of EPA and DHA than most others I've seen, and I trust ND's quality more than other brands. I just wish that I could buy them in a bigger size. Since most of the studies I've seen on fish oil find beneficial effects at 1+ gram of EPA or DHA, I take 3 of these per day. In other words, I go through a bottle of these soft gels in only 20 days. It would be nice if they came in a 120 ct or 240 ct size.
