It doesn't produce much effect though I use it only for sleep..
Can't say it does ant better or worse..
ND Admin: Perluxan is standardized to alpha acids, which are the COX-3 inhibiting (pain killing) types. For sleep, beta acids are better. We will bring out a high beta acid hops extract at some point. Barak Skop on 9th Dec 2017
hops extract has been demonstrated to help with sleep/wake cycles via GABA currents
and I've found it helpful for this purpose, very much so.

It does what it says when you take it everyday for a couple of weeks. Not sure how effective it is supposed to be outside of osteoarthritic joint pain. 35 yr and 65 yr old people trying it.
Not sure if it is supposed to be taken with food or without. Trying both, both for bioavailability mysteries, and it may or may not cause an upset stomach occasionally. Unknown on 2nd Oct 2016
